I'm 25 & have been shopping with them since I was about 20-21. They have never disappointed me. Packaging is always great & even if I'm unhappy with some items I consider trying out I just give it away because it's more so a mess up on my end not theres. I love this website. I get all my kara beauty lashes from here. The only thing that sucks is the shipping but other than that I love it. I placed an order with them on November 30 and didn't receive my package till December 19. The products are well pigmented when it comes to highlight, eyeshadows, and lipsticks. Although one lipsticks I got was expired and smelled really bad. The packaging is just horrible and the makeup brush didn't even come in a package how em I supposed to know if this has not been used before. The eyelashes and the anti aging cream were not closed either. This was the first time ordering from them and most likely the last time too.
I had orders like 9 things it had cost me 12 dollars and in that there was 3 lipsticks those lipstick squished to the top and i took pictures without opening then and email twice the same day throw the website and through my regular email i opened one lipstick and the whole thing came out i beyond pissed I don't recommend buying products you put on your face from there there all scratched and dirty I am mad.

After sending two emails to customer service, I was told that the package was being returned to sender. No details about who the delivery service was or why I was not notified regarding any attempted delivery, until it was too late and the items were being returned. I have asked for a full refund.
This was my second time ordering from Miss A. The first order was about a year ago and no problems. However, early September I ordered 32 make up blenders. Instead I received 13 clear lip glosses, 30 tubes of mascara and 20 eye shadow primers. I emailed Miss A right away to return the merchandise. They made it seem like it was my fault and a hassle. They asked me to send them pictures which I have and it still had taken over a week and several messages for them to send me a return label. They failed to addressed my concern about my order. Instead they keep replying to me that I must send back the order and they will refund me. I've not requested a refund. I've only asked that they ship my order. I've notified them that I've placed the incorrect order in the mail and have yet to hear back from them regarding my correct order and nor have I received a refund. That is $35 gone down the drain. Save your money and the stress.

I placed an order on shopmissa.com, never received a confirmation email OR order number, the only number I was provided was a tracking number by DHL and it shows that it hasn't moved in 2 months from one warehouse to another. When I contacted shopmissa.com to figure out what the issue was, they could not provide me an order number or any confirmation of my order and basically just said "we believe you shipment is still on it's way". They don't even know if it's still coming or not lol. I will never order from them again, don't waste your money.
I ordered 6 or 7 makeup items. Most were very cheap and poor quality, many of them seemed dried out, like they had been sitting somewhere for a good long time :( The only products that were okay were nail files and a very small hairbrush..

I have only received one order so far. All items were packaged in a lot of foam, so the items arrived unbroken! Yes, shipping takes a long time, but I live outside the US. It took a full month from the date of my order to receipt, so just be very patient. I have placed another order and want to see how long that one takes. However, with the pandemic, I don't expect fast shipping--no big deal. I highly recommend the tracked shipping so you can see the progress if you are overly concerned about the shipping duration.

Shopmissa has Amazing quality. I got got my order of 50 items super fast it only took 2 days to arrive. I have seen a lot of bad reviews about shipping time I think maybe try fast shipping. It is amazing how a great quality product is only a dollar. The packaging is nicely done and nothing was broken. I will definitely be shopping here again and I would recommend.

I ordered about $30 worth of stuff from this website and nothing has came in yet. I emailed them multiple times and they "reassure" me that my package isn't lost and that it is in the warehouse waiting to be shipped to the next destination. When I asked for a refund they said they can't do anything until it gets here. So who knows when that will be. I've ordered from here before and I got it pretty fast. Due to COVID-19 I am assuming that they are taking way longer for some reason and they switched shipping brands. Do not purchase anything from here during this pandemic unless you want it 3+ months later.
For a free shipping I purchased $36 worth of items and waited for a long time. They provided a tracking number and I tracked them every single day without any progress until suddenly they said its delivered out side of my front door. I was taking a walk in front of my door and they totally lied. Miss A said they will not take any responsibility after the status "delivered". My husband went to the usps office and they said to claim to the insurance but I don't know they have insured the delivery or not! I think its a big scam and don't fall for it ladies!

They said that my package was on hold and I just got email saying my makeup is on its way. I'm mad it took this long but glad I didn't get as scammed as people were saying. They had me in the first half lol. Make sure you guys include YOU SHIPPING NUMBER cause they won't respond according if u don't.
