May 24th, 2022, I attempted to purchase a pair of earrings priced at $7.99. I was interested because they were made with stain steel which I like and they were cute. June 1,2022, I realized I have not received them, did not receive an email indicating they had shipped nor was I billed for them yet. So I called inquiring about this. I was put on hold a couple of times then the guy on the other end of call stated they could not verify my billing address. He read to me my billing and mailing address (which I'm surprised they already had), I verified that both were correct. He then tells me he would transfer me to someone else that would be able to help. That transfer was to a person's voice mail box where I left my information. I called back today (6/2/22), the guy who answered sounded like the same guy from the day before, he proceeded to go through the same steps. When he was done putting me on hold I finally told him to cancel my order because I have never been treated like this before and I don't need the earrings anyway. They were cheap but cute. I told him that my credit is over 800 (I checked after the call, it's 798, oops) anyway my credit it great and there should not be a problem with my billing and mailing addresses. So whatever is going on is their problem and I don't need to be treated in this matter. I again told him to cancel my order and be done with this and I will continue to shop with QVC and HSN where they know how to treat their customers. SHOPLC, you just lost a potential good customer. I would give zero stars.

Ordered a metal jewelry box. They informed me next day that it was out of stock. Yet, they are still selling them but at a higher price.
I am very disappointed that my item was not delivered or probably got lost. I was indormed via email that the item was deivered on 2/16 but I never got it. When I called and spoke with the customer service named Angel who by the way was rude, she informed me that I have to call the UPS person and inform about it. This is just not acceptable giving the burden to the customer AND I THINK THIS SOLUTION IS RIDICULOUS.
I recently purchased what was to be a AAAA tanzanite 4 karat stone. Upon receiving it I took it to get appraised and came back as a 4 karat AA stone, half the value of what it should be. Subsequently I was out 80 dollars for the appraisal and Shoplc did nothing about it, awful
I've bought a lot of jewelry over the years, both from TV and auctions. I have only been disappointed a few times. Since the price was so low, I usually don't return. I give it away. What I don't understand is this... hosts have said that customers have said they will buy jewelry they don't need just so Shoplc will donate $1 to feed a child. Huh? Does anyone see what's going on here? They are using hungry children to get more customers. Instead, they could put a link on their website and those customers could donate the entire amount to feed children but Shoplc makes most of the profit and only a dollar goes to children. If they are really about helping, let people donate too, not HAVE to buy jewelry. Also, I'm not really into a certain host who acts like a middle school cheerleader, so loud and obnoxious. Exactly how does one break their toe while hosting tv? She interrupts all the time..."Oooo, oooo, oooo!" Very immature. This woman needs to lay off the wine er... I mean Red Bull er... I mean B vitamins! Lol I have no problem with people having fun but those that act like used car sales people are really too much for me. Also, why doesnt customer service ever answer emails anymore? Does anyone else have this problem?

Ordered what seemed to be an exceptional deal for gold and 1 ct diamond ring. Received a confirmation email of my order. First of the budget payments was already lending on my cc. Woke up to an email the next morning stating I left it in my cart and not completed. I clicked the link to compete the order. Items aware all gone now it said. I tried tracking with the order number from the confirmation email. Order number not found. I called customer service. Dale looked up my order and assured me that absolutely the order is processing. I would be receiving my ring. He further explains that they recently upgraded their software and many crazy things have been happening. Again he tells me not to worry everything is all in order. Great I tell him have a nice day and goodbye. Later the same day I receive an email that states my order hs been canceled due to high demand and out of stock. The pending charge is already off my cc.
My conclusion is. The deal was in fact too good to be true. It was my very first and last experience with this company. I believe it was a classic bait and hopefully switch tactic. I'm not interested in them anymore after this experience. I wonder if anyone else ordered the fabulous SVVW (Simply Vera, Vera Wang) tri-tone 14k gold ring with 1 carat of diamonds ring on the night of Nov 21,2022 and then on Nov 22 were notified of a cancellation. My first order was pretty uneventful, other than the website being extremely slow. When I received the clothing item, it was as described, but had a small hole, which I sewed up. I decided to order more of the same item in different colors. One was generally as expected, the other a completely different style. I called and received authorization to return it. Hopefully I will get a full refund. Then, I attempted to order 2 more, as gifts, going to different people at different locations, but the website wouldn't allow me to use a different shipping address, other than my own. So I called them to place the orders. The agent didn't listen to me and completely messed up the shipping and billing addresses. I didn't know about it until the next day, when I got a confirmation email. When I called trying to straighten out the mess, the agent seemed unconcerned. She begrudgingly canceled the order and place a new one. She again didn't listen to me and nearly messed up the replacement order! I questioned the different total they gave me, each time, when placing orders for the same item. It's like they're just throwing out lotto numbers! She said that it was due to the tax rate, but I'm the customer! The tax rate shouldn't change due to the delivery address being different and besides, it was different on an exact duplicate order! In addition, I was not able to use a 25% off discount code, while placing a phone order. That seems unfair because I would have placed the order online, had their cheesy website allowed a different delivery address! At this point, I'm just hoping that my friends receive their items and I get a refund for the incorrect item that I returned and the botched delivery address situation. I certainly don't think that I will order from them again, it's exhausting! I don't necessarily think that it's a shady company, just disorganized and inconsistent.
I ordered the Dermilight and was supposed to get Dermi eye for free with my order well it did not come with the item and I have it IN WRITING I get that free & NOW they don't wanna give it to me. I will be filing a BBB CONPLAINT please be careful people they do not run a reputable business at all!

My Very 1st purchase 12/15/21 I was informed my order WILL be on time b 4 Christmas, so I proceded to place order. After recvg e-mail confirming order is complete shortly after and order will be shipped, just to make certain, I called to inquire stat on 12/19 and was told without prior notice "there was problem with order and it was cancld", and the item was no longer available(?)! There was Not a credit card prob, so not sure why order was canceled just b 4 Christmas(?) All they offered was an empty Apology! I hope you NEVER have the same experience with this company! We are VERY, VERY SADDEND & DISAPPOINTED!

The chain was not as expected it showed much different on web and did not have lobster claw clasp. Very disappointed returning.

Answer: Your jeweler has no idea what the difference is between "lab created" and " fissure filled". Niassa rubies are mined from the ground. They just go through a treatment that enhances their clarity. Upwards of 97% of gemstones go through some sort of treatment whether it be heating, irradiation, diffusion, fissure filling, dyeing. Some trwatments do effect the value, for instance, jade that has been bleached, filled and dyed really has little value at all. Thats why they dump it here. Asians wouldnt be caught dead with it. Its akin to costume beads. I suggest you go to the GIAs website for all of your info, not your local jeweler.
