Beware when using Shop LC "Auto-Bid" option on their auctions. In all the auctions I have ever used in the USA, "Auto-bid" means the auction house will bid incrementally in your behalf up to your max bid amount. However at Shop LC, it is done differently. My Max Bid was $167. The next highest bidder was $126. In my USA experience with other companies, my auto-bid would have won the auction at $127. However, I got charged $167, because at Shop LC you get charged whatever you stated as your max bid, regardless of how much lower the other bids were. I called customer service and it appears to be based in India. They appear to do business differently than what I am used to in the USA. Be aware of this if you are using their auctions.
Returned a piece of jewelry. I have USPS receipt showing they have received. Spoke to Connor and was told wear house had not processed and Would Not tell me when refund would be returned to my credit card. Supervisor would not take my call, was told he would call me back in 24 hrs. This company is a joke. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
The shoplc is nothing but the branch of liars. They do not ship items or ship to their relatives, charge cc for the items that never was delivered. Gold prices on 10k gold way way way overpriced. USA people have to stop buying from them, let them go back to India and screw people other their.
I was charged a 25% fee on my return. The item was an irradiated lab created diamond with a colorless band across the gem. I returned it and was charged a 25% fee because the price was "discounted by 25%" yet I paid the price offered on TV which was what I was billed. I regard this as a scam and will never again patronize this company. A $350+ fee is outrageous and I am compelled to share this so others are warned. The date shown corresponds to the refund processed on my credit card.
I purchased a fairly expensive item from their website on 10/28/24. Today is 12/18/24 and I still have not received the item, despite the fact that I have now called them no less than 6 times concerning this issue. This ring was to be a Christmas gift, but I now know that ShopLC will not deliver the ring by Christmas. I've seen the delivery date change so many times now and today upon logging into my account on their website, the delivery date changed again to 12/24/24. I called them again today, since calling a few days ago and being told someone would be contacting me within 24 hours concerning the ring and no one called me. This is the same thing they told me the last 3 times I've called and yet, no one ever calls. Upon calling today, I was put on hold for 17 minutes and when guy came back, he told me the same thing I have been told now at least the past 3 calls, that someone will be calling me within the next 24 hours concerning the issues with the delivery of the ring I purchased. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are the worst in the industry. I used to shop only at JTV and I'm going back. JTV would never have let this happen. They are the best when it comes to customer service. ShopLC is clearly the worst. And, I speak from experience. I've been shopping at ShopLC for about 2 or more years and have spent thousands of dollars with their company. They were OK in the beginning, but recently in the past year, something has changed. Longer wait times for deliveries, poor customer service on calls related to issue with orders and more and now this. As a customer that has spent thousands of dollars with them, you would think they would try harder to quickly address and resolve any issue that might arise. Actually, any truly good or great company that truly values their customers would do this with all their customers. None the less, I'm now done with shopping with this company. I'm going back to JTV where I know from past experience that they understand what true good customer service is. Good bye ShopLC.

Placed an order over 20 days ago. My emails everything has gone unanswered so I finally am able to chat and they tell me they can't find my item. They have NO issues taking your money but have yet to refund or send my items. I've spent hundreds and they literally don't care. I'm so upset I'll literally never shop here again and I'll be sure to tell others not to as well.

Quality of merchandise is sub-par. Customer Service is non-existent. I have, over a few years, purchased items from just about every category Shop LC has to offer. Merchandise, without exception, is very cheaply made. Trying to get any response from Customer Service is an effort in futility.
I have ordered approximately $1200 in merchandise from SLC in the past month. I didn't receive one of my items. Called customer service and was told this item would not be replaced. NOT a happy customer. Won't order from here again and will return as much merchandise as possible that I've already received
I have been in communication with this company for weeks to obtain an order I paid $70 for! They gave me a tracking number that worked with NOTHING. They said it was delivered when it wasn't. Hate that I gave them a chance. Buyer beware. They are fighting refunding my money.
1. The delivery is hit or miss. Sometimes I get what I ordered sometimes I don't.
2. The returns are the same, sometimes I get a refund for an item I didn't get but not always.
3. The wait time for customer service is always longer than 30 minutes.
4. Finally, I have a pending charge on my CC but customer service doesn't have the order number.

They show "beauty shots" that makes things look bigger when you receive they are tiny. Sent a Xmas gift of a kids bank with NO insides in it won't return money. Show jewelry that is gorgeous what you receive is a washed out stone with no color. Tell you lowest price then late at night it drops $100 2 nights later dropped another $25. They do it late at night. I feel sorry for those who purchased and were promised "it will never be Lower." Nothing but lies and rip offs.
An item sold on April 4,2020 was listed on television as a pack of 4 protein bars. It clearly shows on their live presentation a box of 4. They shipped 1 bar not box and claim that is what you received if you order through the automated system. At no time did it ever indicate to order another way. Then they request a return for refund
The size of package will not fit in an outside mail deposit nor does a mail delivery person come to my home. If I follow the instructions, I will have to violate the shelter in place order and risk going out. I told them I am at risk age group. They said oh, someone will have to call you back. This was after to speaking with 2 individuals and both telling me to return the item after I told them several times I am at risk.

Stones look great on TV. What you receive is not what you saw. Shipping takes forever and I live in TX. Customer service has lied to me and can't ever speak to a supervisor. Everything is foreign except the TV show so calling customer service is a joke as they don't care. I have given up and will not be ordering again.

I had bought a set of jewels and they sent me something completely different but expected me to pay shipping to return them, just to receive a different jewel that I didn't order in the first place. I took a break from them but then ordered again hoping it would be different. I never received anything and they only refunded prove of the product but no shipping charges so I basically threw away money for nothing. Never again!
I think this company is itself a gem! The people are good citizens (provide meals to kids in both India an USA) and share their knowledge of gemstone mining and other interesting data. I have bought several thousand dollars of items and returned only 5 because I didn't like them. Never had a problem with any transactions. Negative comments seem to be about procedural things. I've moved from phone to computer when a problem arises. Altogether a satisfied customer!
They put on a good front but don't follow through, and don't care. We've been on hold for over 45 min to inquire about a return three weeks ago, and this is not the first time. They have TV hosts, including the "president" of the channel that you can't understand because their English is so heavily accented with whatever Indian dialect that is their native tongue. We managed to get through to one person briefly who apologized for the wait by saying "sorry there are 150 customers ahead of you" then disconnected. Buy JTV, or QVC, but not this channel

The gold/platinum plating wears off the rings very quickly, usually after wearing them part time for a couple of days. The silver underneath turns gray and dirty looking. I bought some expensive pieces from them and now am embarrassed to wear them. The same is true of their gold/platinum plated chains, although they last a little longer. Only the full-priced items are returnable, within a short time period. Items ship from China. Too bad the quality isn't there. With these obvious defects I wonder if the "gem stones" are really as advertised. I have lost all confidence in them.

I ordered a hyalite diamond. They're not expensive as you only see colors with a black light they include- or SAY they include. I didn't get one and I'm looking at what may as well be an ugly piece of glass. Called, waited waited supposed to get light mailed but I am disillusioned and don't want it. Sending back. Off to pawn shops for deals.PS- accent diamonds are WAY SMALLER than they looked on tv. $375 price I paid.

Answer: Your jeweler has no idea what the difference is between "lab created" and " fissure filled". Niassa rubies are mined from the ground. They just go through a treatment that enhances their clarity. Upwards of 97% of gemstones go through some sort of treatment whether it be heating, irradiation, diffusion, fissure filling, dyeing. Some trwatments do effect the value, for instance, jade that has been bleached, filled and dyed really has little value at all. Thats why they dump it here. Asians wouldnt be caught dead with it. Its akin to costume beads. I suggest you go to the GIAs website for all of your info, not your local jeweler.
