Bought a gorgeous diamond cluster ring in May. Sparkle beyond belief! A stone fell out 1 month past the six month warranty period. This ring cost a pretty penny! For something that expensive to break seven months after purchase, I will not be wasting any more money on this company. Now I have to pay to replace the diamond and the prongs. I'm not a satisfied customer at this point!

There have been instances where there is a difference between the information on live TV and the website and what I presume is inventory and live orders taking place that is not reflected in the ability to place an order online. Too many customers must put items in their cart but do not checkout making it difficult to confirm actual available inventory. I understand. Even with all the automation, it's difficult to keep up.

Lately, my orders have not been completed. Items are randomly cancelled by you and refunded. Then I watch the quantities of the items I tried to purchase go down one by one. That's not convincing me that you didn't have any. This has happened at least 4 times on purchases I attempted in July.

I have the same problem with them, no return labels ever, when I call them and give them my info they either say it was clearance, past the return date, can't find the LC numbers or I get an email with no attachment! Luckily I got a bulk label and I've made copies of it. They've only rejected 4 packages so far, I hope they will take the rest back. They have some very nice Customer service people, I spoke with one woman tonight and she told me they have to go through a full month of training! They can be very stubborn but luckily I can be more stubborn than than them. I wish I'd read the reviews on them before I ever ordered anything!

If you don't want your fingers to turn brown or green, don't buy here! If you don't want your jewelry turning colors or your ears to get red and infected. Then please don't buy here! Also, I've never been talked to so rudely by any other customer service than I have at this company, today! Advertising is false, jewelry is dime store quality! I'll never buy from these people Ever Again!

I called customer service yo replace and could not understand the representative. The representative had such a heavy accent that I just hung up. They need to hire people that speak English. Will never order from ShopLC again.
Wow! I got my pillows today and they are filthy and look like a white dog slept on them for a year! This is obviously very poor quality used merchandise. First and last purchase. Hope the money really did feed a child. That's the only consolation. If there were negative stars, then you wouldn't get one star!

Ordered these earrings on ShopLC website. Terrible so tiny and poor quality. Not what was advertised. I spoke to customer service and was told no refunds or exchanges. Your only advised of that on your invoice once you receive the item. I've filed a bbb.org complaint. How can a company get by with this?

My wife and I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars here but NO MORE! Sent back my return they did not accept it said "heavily used" it was a Vaccum robot that could not go from hardwood floor over a tiny throw rug. We never used it after the test. I'm sure everyone that bought one returned it. Do not shop here! I will reach out to our media here Channel 8 on your side to get a story regarding the lack of returns and holding customers hostage. I had been using this site for quite some time now, budget pay was convenient, in hope that it would be positive impact on my credit. And then one day I got a phone call from my bank from the fraud department, and everything went south from that point on, they said it was Shop LC, and cancelled my card, well after I got a new card two weeks later I went to make a payment and now I'm shut completely out of the website, my account to my budget payments! So I called again, hardly understand the person on the line, (no disrespect) fast forward, week or so, my bank account shows a payment taking out! And still I have no new access to the website to make my budget pay payments and now as they take the payments out of my bank account as they please! All payments are presumably late!

Ordered product that arrived defective. I sent it back and the defective item was sent back to me. I still have not received it and was told by Shop LC to contact the manufacturer of the product. I fear I am out over 140+ dollars and a lot of time. Beware buying from them. Do so at your own risk.
Hello with opatra products, if a customer wants a refund, that is when it is sent to us. But if the product needs a replacement, that is when opatra would need to be contacted.
Shop LC offers 2 day shipping option for a fee. However, I placed an order on Monday ( it's Thursday now) and my order hasn't shipped as of yet. This isn't the first time this has happened with Shop LC but most certainly will be the last.
Thanks for sharing the feedback around expedited shipping. The item arrives in 2 days after departure. But of course, this doesn't create a good experience if it doesn't depart within 24hrs. We have consistently been working on improving our experience and again, very sorry this occurred.
When Shop LC offers free shipping on an particular item it should instantly reflect it on the website. Instead I have to send at least 3 emails before the rate is adjusted. This has happened before where I just forget about be refunded for shipping. If Shop LC is going to offer free shipping, then the need to honor it without the consumer having to jump through hoops.

I ordered a ring took it to a jewelry store to find out it's only would about 200.00 dollars say it goes for I think 4000 but they had it for 999 plus tax very up set it was junk to me that is fraud they tried giving me a discount told me to send it back for a refund so if u buy from their get it checked out
I bought the latest chains out that were covered in gold over copper it was supposed to last, min lasted thru about two weeks and was starting to loose the covering got worse. I would not wear to anything. It was totally useless. I would have written a review on their site but I couldnt find a place.It is trash, useless.

I made my 1st purchase on shop LC the week of Valentine's Day and was guaranteed delivery. I ordered 2 pair of small diamond earrings one in white gold and 1 in yellow gold. Not only did the order not arrive in time for Valentine's Day but when it did arrive there was only 1 pair of earrings in the Box. I called very upset and they graciously offered to send me another pair of earrings free of charge. Still I will never shop on that television channel again.
I had been a good customer with Shoplc for several years but management must have changed, and for the worse! Some Items I had bought through budget pay I was told by the operators had "fallen through the system" amounting over $400! I obviously was unaware this had occurred, but this company (representative Cheryl) tried to blame me for their mistake! The only resolution they/she would accept was a payment agreement on the $400+ which was $60 per month on the 21st of each month. I made this agreement on the phone and nothing was signed. Instead of keeping with the payment agreement made, they took out the entire amount which ended up being $560.96 all on the same day and now my bank account is completely overdrawn! Shoplc does NOT have ACH rights anyway! How in the hell did this happen?! The only payment plan I agreed to make outside of the recognized ( those not lost in their system) budget pay payments were those budget payments that were apparently lost in the system, as I said.
I have tried to get in contact with someone in charge but only get the run around. I have even tried to call their corporate office and just got a voice-mail. I will be sending a certified letter calling for rectification at both their offices and once the $560.96 has finished processing by my bank, I will be reporting fraud. I can report this because Shoplc has obviously changed management recently. I would strongly suggest that online customers avoid doing business with Shoplc. They're recent actions are either from recent business incompetence or new and very shady business practices.
I ordered 3 items sent in 1 package, I did not receive my package and customer service refused to credit my account, they just replied I'm sorry! I am still responsible to pay for it. You may or may not receive your especially if they change the delivery date.

I purchased 3 sponge reusable masks with a "valve?" at the end of May. So far 2 of them have ripped earpieces. The masks were hardly used. I spoke to 2 customer service representatives who told me that there was a 30 day warranty on the masks so there's nothing they can do. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with this company. Inferior merchandise and bad business!

Answer: Your jeweler has no idea what the difference is between "lab created" and " fissure filled". Niassa rubies are mined from the ground. They just go through a treatment that enhances their clarity. Upwards of 97% of gemstones go through some sort of treatment whether it be heating, irradiation, diffusion, fissure filling, dyeing. Some trwatments do effect the value, for instance, jade that has been bleached, filled and dyed really has little value at all. Thats why they dump it here. Asians wouldnt be caught dead with it. Its akin to costume beads. I suggest you go to the GIAs website for all of your info, not your local jeweler.
