I ordered aurora borealis masks on shop LC and when they got here, they were ugly plastic junk. I couldn't get any help from customer service and now I'm out $86.35. Beware of their advertising. They lie!. Phyllis Pata
The stones they are always smaller than what I saw on tv. They promised $100 diamond kind of voucher if I buy a double champagne diamond bracelet, if I didn't like the bracelet And Decide to returned I could keep the voucher. Was a Lie. When I call to place another order, I have no voucher at all... this is just a scam, so you don't think twice before buy something, they don't give any voucher... If seems to good to be true, Probably is not true! This is a scam!.
I never received my order, finally called customer service. After being on hold my entire break time, I hung up and on next break called again, and not a chance. So I started a live chat and providing order number and invoice code, I was written to that my order had gotten cancelled. No reason mentioned, and now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to see the refund. A little while after that I called customer service again curious to see why it was cancelled since the item was very much available online for purchase. Jose in customer service cut me as I was saying that if I hadn't contacted Shop LC, I would have never known, and said "is there anything else?"
I have been shopping with Shop LC for several years & have never had a issue with any of the products purchased, never had to return any, and received the items in a timely manner. I appreciate the value & quality offered. Very satisfied customer.

I purchased a tanzanite ring and after the second wearing the stone fell out... I called and the customer service rep said I had to return it for inspection and they will decide if I get a refund... that was bad enough but then I never received the shipping label they were supposed to send me... I emailed them 3 times and nobody responded... BUYER BEWARE!

I have received pendant necklaces that have knots in the chains in which they were packaged stuffed in a tiny baggy The chains was so fine and virtually impossible to get the knots out. I had to break the chain off and replace it to use the pendant This is the third time!
Tried to order an RFID wallet from this company and completed the sale but for some reason when I hit "place order", it seemed to be stuck. I did not see any note displayed saying the sale was completed. I tried a live chat and got nowhere, they told me to clean up my junk mail, try a different browser, etc. They also suggested I call them directly and supplied the number, asking if there was anything else the could do - I said no and the chat ended before I could finish dialing the number so it was lost. The number listed under "contact us" got me to an auction line, asking me if which auction I was calling about. Way too much work for this wallet. I found a better one on Amazon and it is on its way.

I have always been pleased with Shop LC. Some items aren't exactly as I expected but are still nice. Shipping is always fast and that is great.

I am discouraged...
#1. I have items that I did not receive on these dates: May 15, May 28, June 1,2021. I would have called, but since some items take a while to receive, I decided to wait for them as a courtesy. I will call today to have those items checked...
#2. Every once in a while, I receive Emails stating that I will be refunded for items that I have purchased. Why? Why? Why? Those items have been confirmed and paid for. Why are the items being refunded?
NOTE: I would receive packages that were torn or ripped open, like they were being inspected. Not happening now. In fact, the packages that I now receive are wrapped very well and sometimes with a padded box. Thank you, SHOP LC.:-)

Stay AWAY, from this scam company. I got an alert from my bank that that shoplc made a charge of 107.?
I tried ordering an item earlier in the day but could not because guess what? The item was OUT OF STOCK!
This is blatant robbery! Buyer beware. Look at their BBB reviews. I should have looked before I ordered!
I ordered 3 blankets at the same time back in August got 1 in two weeks, had to call them in September about the other 2, got another 1 2 weeks, now October 10 having to call and see where the 3rd one is? I will never order from this place again.

The photos on items in the auction site are misleading, won some earrings and the stones were so small you had to get a magnifying glass to see them and the earring was less than 1/4 inch. The owners are greedy because you cant return the item once the sale is final. You loose your money while they get rich on it... shame on them... While some items are nice and beautiful, no more will I buy from shopLC Evine, HSN and JTV have more substantial gems and jewelry... sorry SHOPLC
You can never get an answer from them, they send you from one department to another and another. The online auction is a joke if the bid is not high enough they cancel the order. This company is a joke

I am a customer for many years, I made multiple returns in one package many times by calling before mailing to identify the items included in the package. Last time my package arrived at Shop Lc the 13th of November. Out of 12 items, 8 were refunded. Since then I called 4 times for the 4 items not refunded and nothing happened. I am advised to make individual returns, especially inconvenient since the return labels are of a larger size. I am very disappointed and the customer services of late. I am still waiting for my refunds.
I purchased from shop LC and found the website to be really great when it comes to price. They offer the best price that I was able to find online and the quality is goods is also great. I love shopping from shop lc

If you're buying diamonds, buy g color or better, and si2 or better quality to get eye clean stones! All semi precious gems I've bought are really great quality! You can get a service rep before you buy!

They show beautiful jewelry on TV, but when you receive the pieces they don't look anything like what was shown on TV.
I believe they're showing real jewelry pieces on TV and sending fake pieces to customers. They are also overcharging customers for shipping. Usually shipping is charged by weight and size of package but they charge shipping per each item which sometimes is more than the items being purchased. It's RIDICULOUS!
We can confirm we do not show "real" items and send "fake" items to customers. If there is something you are unhappy with we are happy to look into it for you.
One order was addressed to me but was someone else's order. Another order was labeled correctly but the item inside the plastic sleeve was not the correct item. Another had an earring with an emerald that had fallen out, but inside the plastic. Each time I have to return something; it takes four weeks to get a refund.

They advertised facial masks. I wondered why they never showed the sides. The mask is made of WAFER-THIN foam; once stretch and pow! They rip and are useless. They also claim the masks are 'washable"; visit their sire and read how many tried washing them only to have them "melt" in the water.
They also charged me TWICE. I had to open a complain with PayPal... Shop LC refuses to answer PayPal!

Answer: Your jeweler has no idea what the difference is between "lab created" and " fissure filled". Niassa rubies are mined from the ground. They just go through a treatment that enhances their clarity. Upwards of 97% of gemstones go through some sort of treatment whether it be heating, irradiation, diffusion, fissure filling, dyeing. Some trwatments do effect the value, for instance, jade that has been bleached, filled and dyed really has little value at all. Thats why they dump it here. Asians wouldnt be caught dead with it. Its akin to costume beads. I suggest you go to the GIAs website for all of your info, not your local jeweler.
