Charged twice for 2 rings I ordered and 1 pair of gloves. Items never shipped per my account on shoplc. Shoplc provided me with a tracking number from usps that was for other items. Think twice before ordering from this company.

I shop here all the time. BUT have stopped buying bolo bracelets. Because two broke I sent one back they fixed only to brake again. Than I brought a pearl set the bracelet was included I didn't event get it half way on an IT broke? I called an they couldn't help me because I no longer had the invoice. I asked them to look it up. They did not. This is a rip off.

Terrible customer service
February 16, 2021

I bought a grocery cart online from Shop LC about a month ago. A cart arrive that did not match picture shown online. It also had a broken wheel. I returned it on same day received with the enclosed return shipping label. But it was the wrong USPS return label. A First Class label that can be used for a package weight maximum of 16 ounces. The packaged item was over 9 lbs.
Long story short, USPS did not deliver it. Shop LC has not shipped a replacement and does not refund my money either. Customer Service only replies with generic automated emails with a lot of apologies (i. E. Sorry, so sorry, truly sorry, be patient, wait longer, etc.) but non address content of my complaint. Calls to Customer Service dept. often does not get answered or routs to offshore to people with broken English seemingly from India.
I will file complaint with BBB.

Repeat loyal customer

I have purchased a large ruby ring and an emerald ring and I wear them all the time. I just purchased a 2 carat diamond ring for myself for mother's day and I will get it appraised. The rings are stunning and didn't cost a fortune (I love the budget pay) Very happy shopper.

Latest fiasco
November 18, 2020

Wife ordered 3 robes shown on TV and order was confirmed. Next day got email the order was cancelled by LC as "not available". Then back on site 2 days later. Ordered again. Again cancelled. Ordered at 3rd feature on site and cancelled by LC again. We have all 3 email cancellations. Ordered 3 more expensive robes. A week later (yesterday) 2 of the cheap ones arrived but we were charged for 3. Today the more expensive robes are awaiting pickup. We don't need 5 and they want us to pay $12 postage to return their $20 mistake. Oh, and their jewelry often comes with missing or broken stones.

I just wrote a review about ShopLC.com. Completely forgot to mention their auctions. In my opinion, most people get caught up in the auction "addition" and pay way to much for some items. I have been on their website and have seen the same piece of jewelry sell for a much lower price. So... please check out their "Non-Auction" items first.

Great shopping experience

I have been shopping with ShopLC for a few years... Shipping times are much better now. Never had a problem with the quality of the products just the shipping part of it. Over the last 2 months I've noticed a smoother and faster shipping process and that means a lot to me. I like to know when my package will arrive and how. No problems since and I am appreciative.

Been waiting 20 days for a ring and pendant... no tracking update in 10 days, customer service says not considered lost till no tracking for 14 days. So it is 12/23 which means i'm out 2 Christmas gifts and $240... And a thank you form customer service for my understanding, and it may arrive. Do Not Buy From Shop LC thye take your money and you have to fight to get it back! SCAM

Refunds

I sent the wrong product back to them. They received it on April 23. I have called three times about my request for a refund. They keep saying that it will be put back on my account. So, if you send something back to them, you may not get your refund.

I ordered a clock on Shop LC. On the site they indicated normal delivery would be approximately 6 days. I decided to pay extra for two day air so I could receive it more quickly. After five days, I called customer service and they told me it had not shipped. I asked to cancel the order. They said I would have to pay restocking (even though it had not shipped?). I said ok go ahead and ship. I have not yet received the item and now over 6 days... and their most recent email said 3 business days... Very misleading! Maybe if I ever received the item, I can review it...

I am shocked at this low rating of Shop LC. I have bought many items, mostly jewelry, for years with no problems. I have returned what I did not like, still no problems. Whereas I do not buy clothing or beauty products, I feel the prices this company offers are great! I have a lovely collection of jewelry that I could not have afforded otherwise. Nothing had ever tarnished or discolored my skin. Thank you Shop LC.

Disappointed
September 9, 2021

Diamonds fall out easily on shoplc rings, lost a diamond on my 3 carat anniversary ring my husband bought for 20th from shoplc, at my anniversary dinner I was mortified. And they refuse to repair it. So I will send all my recent diamond purchases back, diamond my not be set properly in this ring either... can't be trusted.

This Company Is A Scam

I purchased two items off this site for christmas gifts, they said in the shipping time it would be here before the 25th. I wish I had read actual reviews for them rather than just the ones on their site so, I could've saved myself from dealing with this. I waited a week for them to ship the items and they never did, even though I contacted them multiple times. The payment was still processing due to things on their end, not mine so I figured it would be easy to cancel. I sent multiple complaints about wanting to cancel including through pay pal and never heard anything back. Only over a week later to get an email saying one of the items has been canceled because it's "out of stock" yet you go to the website and, it's still in stock. However the full amount is still pending to be taken out of my account. :| Don't buy from here all of their jewelry is sold by different companies.

I worked here as a temp

Let's just be real here, it is run by an Indian gentleman, the favoritism was off the charts, when the system went down or the queue got bad, theyd take everyone out but the fab 5 they liked. I watched the head of the damn call center scream his a$$ off and when the hr lady tried to stop him, he screamed at her. The indian gentleman was there during this and said not a god damn word. The products are cheap discounted jewelry, during performance review i was told, to stop talking to old women who are bored and have nothing to do but spend their money, that's what management thinks of their customers, oh and I was fired for voicing my opinion to my temp agency who employed nothing but ghetto looking people to begin with. So yea, if they treat their call center that bad, the disdain for the customer was "old women who are bored, lonely and have no money" take your business elsewhere to a company who gives a sh*t, because these people are garbage, there's a reason the call center is 98% temps because nobody wants to be screamed at and nobody wants to go into that sh*t show every day.

I bought a 14k gold rope necklace, had a 24k pendant on it, necklace broke in middle of rope chain, very cheesy lost pendant. When I sent it back to be repaired, took forever, and then they sent back the same broken necklace without replacing or repairing. Said I filled out form wrong now it's been over a month, still ha e broken worthless necklace, I would tell everyone not to buy necklaces from shop lc, unless they want to loose charms, and pay for a necklace they cannot wear. Thanks for taking my money and wasting it!

This was the second ring I purchased from Shop LC. The first one was not true to size and the return process was not a good experience. I thought I would give them another chance. I reordered the ring again and the second one was defective. Upon returning it after 30 days of waiting for my return to be credited to my account I had to called them. The Rep. On the phone said they had not received it yet although I had tracked the return and it had arrived at their facility. After 45 days I called again and was told it was in the process of being credited back to my charge account and it would take 3 to 5 days. Two weeks later I had not received a credit, so I placed a 4th call. This time I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told by the Rep. He would log the problem and asked me to hold for a supervisor. I waited for 15 minutes, but no one ever answered me on hold. "I will never buy anything from Shop LC again."

Despicable Co.with questionable practices
April 19, 2023

They charged me for an item that they have yet to ship. The price of the item was obviously less than they wanted to sell it, and after I ordered it they raised the price by $40.00. I called them 3 times and they lied all 3xs saying the item takes 2wks to ship although on the item page it says item usually ships in 1 or 2 days. Multimillion or billion dollar company nickel and dimming a customer, just despicable.

Update 4/23/23
I've spoken to several supervisors and have posted on their page on FB and I'm still getting the same GENERIC RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHO I AM, WHAT THE ORDER NUMBER IS, AND WHICH ITEM THEY HAVE NOT SENT OUT.
NOW THE COMPANY IS SAYING THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THE ITEM AND THEY'RE WAITING TO RECEIVE THEM FROM THE FACTORY AND THEY WILL THEN SHIP THEM OUT TO ME.
"CUSTOMER SATISFACTION"
IS JUST 2 WORDS THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER KNOW THE MEANING OF OR NEVER ACHIEVE BECAUSE THAT'S NOT WHAT MOTIVATES THEM.
