My initial purchase was after I saw this beautiful "rare" ring on TV that went from emerald to ruby in color depending on the light you are in -LUXORO 14K Yellow Gold AAA

I purchased this ring and my family member decided to get one as well for an anniversary gift.
My ring shipped fairly quick, I received it and thought it was on the smaller side but it was pretty so I decided to keep it. The following day I used my mini microscope to examine the stone, there is a slice in one of the stones and I wish I noticed this before taking tags off because I cannot return it. The prongs on the ring get caught on everything - sweaters, couches… and they accumulate fuzz because of this. The prongs feel rough when I run my fingers along them.
My family members order did not ship out at the same time that mine did, and then realized it was the wrong size, he needed a size 10 ring. He cancelled the original order because he was told they could not change the size even though it had not shipped yet, and the order would need to be canceled and purchased again. The customer service person cancelled the order online because he could not get it the cancel option to show up on his account. The order was cancelled, he repurchased the correct size 10 ring, went to check on shipping and he found out it was cancelled! So he never got the ring to give for his anniversary gift. He is not going through the hassle of trying a 3rd time… instead he will go in person to a reputable jeweler and get an anniversary gift that way. It was the first time either of us ever ordered a ring like this that was advertised on TV, and I have to say it will be the last for both of us.
Their customer service is extremely unhelpful. My account now says that it is inactive and to contact customer service… I have done this at least 4 times now. Every time I am told this is being escalated to the appropriate department and I never get an update. I was first told it could take 2 days to hear a response. It's been over 2 days. I don't know why my account is inactive but I would like to know. I purchased a jade bracelet $106 and 2 items through their auction portion of their site - a Accupressure mat and a necklace, I think they came to about $16? I haven't received the jade bracelet yet, or the necklace. The accupressure mat arrived, I'm giving this as a gift so it hasn't been opened yet.
I can't see my past orders since my account is inactive, so cannot easily check on order status or shipping status.
Nothing about this whole shopping experience has been great. Everything is difficult. Why have a customer service chat feature if they cannot even address questions appropriately. Multiple reps keep saying sorry. I don't want sorry. I want the issue fixed. I want to be able to log into my account and check on purchases. What if something ends up needing to be returned? I can ONLY imagine the hassle THAT will be. Ugh. Just do yourself a favor and skip right over this channel on TV.
Be prepared to be frustrated if you need customer service.

Started buying as a customer buying higher end Tanzanite (Tanzanite over $1,000). Upon receiving, one stone had large chip on the top, and both the loose stone and the ring were poorly cut. Took to GIA jeweler who laughed at the included appraisal report, and showed me a few more reasons why the stones were poorly cut, also told me I could resize the band as Shop LC had promised me I could. The band had side stones that would fall out upon resizing.
Ssent item back.
BTW, ANY item you order, regardless of whether it's $2.99 or $10,999 is shipped to your mailbox and only somewhat trackable online.
Website is forever having issues, you add an item to your cart during Live Tv and it CHANGES the item, or the price or the quantity ALL THE TIME. It's maddening! And when you contact customer service they still never quite get it all straightened out, and you end up getting 4 of an item THAT YOU PAID SHIPPING ON ALL 4, and it's not worth sending back because you DON'T get shipping refunded and now you are just STUCK with those items...
They CLAIM you always pay the lowest price during a live broadcast, but that has NEVER been the case for us. And when you call to contest the price you paid, they tell you you ordered at the wrong time EVENTHOUGH you checked out DURING the presentation and that's WHY you called!
All my reviews under 4 stars have been DELETED, and they stopped posting them UNLESS they are 4 stars or higher, so I am DONE leaving reviews.
If you call to inquire about an item that has NOT shipped after 10 days, customer service LIES to you telling you it DID ship and you will receive it in NO LESS than 7 days. When you call back, the new rep has no idea what you are talkign about and eventually they just refund your money with no concern that you ordered THAT ITEM for Valentine's day and now it's RUINED because there's no time left to re-order something else. Not even an apology.
I WILL NEVER AGAIN buy anything over $100 on their website because VERY LIKELY it's overpriced and not what they claim.
And paying $4.99 PER ITEM to ship 6 items in a bag? So you are telling me they are getting charged $30 to ship out a bag weighing less than half a pound AND it takes 7 days to arrive?
The auction site is just a joke. $3.99 to ship each item, no matter HOW MANY you buy. I Bought $20 worth of merchandise and they wanted to charge me $60 to ship it?! I can order gems from Thailand, as many as I want for $45 FEDEX shipping TO MY DOOR.
I am busy enough I don't need to be fighting with a company. Oh, and IF you happen to review them on Trust Pilot, be war! They will track you down and call you to "explain" why you rated them how you did (eventhough you HAD been tellign them these issues all along!) then they flag your review as "dangerous" ooooooh, it might get someone in the middle of the night if they read it!
Buyer beware. Items not always as described or shown, quality may be lower and don't expect customer service to help!
Also dont' bother reviewing stuff. It will only be altered or deleted later.
