How do I cancel an order

You can cancel an order (if it's within 30 mins) online in your order history. Or you can chat, email customerservice@shoplc.com, or call us at 877-899-0078 and we are happy to address it for you. Usually a cancellation can be done within a few hours of ordering on our side.
