A t this point ShopLC is delivering me a headache rather than Joy. Before you send your items back, take pictures, write down order numbers and dates sent back. I sent several items back from Christmas, and when you call customer support, it is awful. Order numbers and items can't seem to be found. Terrible customer service and waiting on hold forever. Beware, just sayin.

I ordered a mens ring from their website after coming across their channel on television. After several days the ring arrived, it was defective. On one side the gold plating was bubbling. Evidently, ShopLC's quality control procedures are highly deficient. Upon returning the defective ring I read their policy which states postage is not charged on defective items returned to the company though there is a restocking fee and it may take six weeks to process a refund. Their items look "nice" on television and on their website but the fact is you risk receiving a subpar quality item(s) and if defective, being charged a ludicrous restock fee. Don't waste your valuable time and money.

Because that happened and I lost $63.00 because the order was put on a gift card my sister sent me for my birthday and I no longer had the card it had been thrown away. If I had been notified earlier I would have still had the card and could have used it for something else but that didn't happen.

I am actually fond of shopping because I believe it's a real art actually. It's pretty easy just to go somewhere and buy products or clothes or accessories, however the main idea of wise shopping is to comply mwith money management. It's pretty difficult to understand how much money you can spend on clothes, without any issues, so I call it "healthy shopping" So, I found this company in the net and felt that it's the best place for healthy shopping, because there are plenty of accessorites and jewelries, which you can acquire and be okay with the fact that you bought something.

I received defective jewelry items. When I called customer service for a return address I was told I couldn't return the items. Worst of all I was hung up on and never got the return address. I purchased hundreds of dollars of merchandise through Shop LC. Something has changed in a very bad way!

I ordered a Christmas present for my elderly neighbor, and to this day l have NOT gotten anything, l use the tracking# and it said delivered on 12/18/21@2:36 to my mailbox, l was home that week and l went to the mailbox and nothing even to this day nothing l filed a claim but still
Nothing l called customer service after waiting almost 30min but hung up with no help at all. I did have other orders from shop-lc and they all came but not the 1st order, where is it! I'm sick of hearing it's been sent! No it wasn't.

I had some older payments with them. They got hold of every credit card I had and debit cards and tried to run them through. They were unauthorized for those purcheses. They ran them any way, which is illegal. Both my bank and credit cards did chargebacks. They did this to me two times, will never buy from them again. Very unethical compay, buyer beware!
BudgetPay terms and conditions indicate that we attempt payment after 30 days, and that is we are unsuccessful we may attempt alternative methods of payment. I have 3 items where the stone came out, 1 broken earring an expensive gold chain that brike and a rose gold over sterling chain. I donate a lot so Im not sure how much faulty items I have ordered that otgers have had problems with. The gold was like $64.

I love shoplc pricing and their service but their company leaves my packages anywhere, sometimes they just toss them on the porch, I live on a heavy traffic street and my porch is open to passersby. There is a lot of package theft.
I order 2 rings and there was supposed "Gauranteed Delivery Before Christmas". But when the finally get around to shipping them, the delivery date is Dec 27th. I send an email to customer service. You guessed it "No Response". I call Customer Service, and get the usual I am so sorry for the delay, but it is USPS's fault. I am tired of lies. And of course the Gaurantee was just another lie to sell more stuff. I have had enough.

UPDATE: Shop LC has refunded the amount overcharged on my credit card. It won't apply until next month's bill so I still had to pay the balance on my card rather than risk being charged a month's interest.
Despite sending numerous emails, no one has yet to say anything about charging $2,279.99 for a necklace with a $2,000 tag attached to it.
Don't fall into the hype with this company that they are offering great pricing, at least on the finer jewelry. I recently was watching their live presentation, being told how they were able to get all these beautiful gold closeout deals for amazing pricing & that they would be passing their savings onto the customers. I was a sucker & bought a diamond tennis necklace for $2,279.99. I'm sure you can imagine my disappointment when the necklace arrived, with a tag attached to it, reflecting a price of $2,000! My price was even considered a reduced clearance price & non-returnable which makes the whole purchase totally pathetic. Then to top things off, my credit card has been charged for $454.65 more than it should have been & so far, I am getting nowhere with customer service so will probably have to open a PayPal case to get that straightened out. Needless to say, it has been a nightmare & I honestly wish I had never heard of this company or given them my business. Unless you enjoy fighting with companies, I recommend you avoid this one & save yourself a lot of grief. I don't know how they became so big but customer satisfaction is not something that appears to interest them.

These people are real A-holes. First the language barrier is unbelievable. Secondly, customer service wants to provide a solution before they even hear the problem; then the A-holes feel like it is alright to talk over you when you are trying to explain the problem. Hold times are crap. I NEVER have any problems with your competitors!
WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
I was charged for an item on the card I purchased the item and a card I had previously removed from the Shoplc website.
When I last checked, the card had been added back onto the website. I called my credit card company and had the card cancelled because earlier that month a Shoplc Customer Service Representative had asked for my password to correct an issue where a coupon kept disappearing from an order. Though I had changed my password, I had the issue with duplicate charges.
Though these two incidents were the first in a year of doing business with Shoplc, I have found customer service unwilling to correct the issue in a reasonable manner. Thus, I am warning that if you frequently order from Shoplc, you double check the charges put on your credit card so as to hopefully not have to deal with their customer service.

Bought TLV sent over 10 emails and over 10 calls will not resolve. Bought 3ctw open Tanzanite stone and never received certified cert. Watch the video on the Shoplc FB page …with Michelle from 1/7/2022 they won't resolve the issue! Bought 1/7 received only the stone 1/26? Never did it say it was on " pre order " it was supposed to be 2nd day air shipping. My calls have been escalated over and over again and I have to repeat myself every time I call. Definitely not delivering joy here! Terrible customer service.

Answer: Your jeweler has no idea what the difference is between "lab created" and " fissure filled". Niassa rubies are mined from the ground. They just go through a treatment that enhances their clarity. Upwards of 97% of gemstones go through some sort of treatment whether it be heating, irradiation, diffusion, fissure filling, dyeing. Some trwatments do effect the value, for instance, jade that has been bleached, filled and dyed really has little value at all. Thats why they dump it here. Asians wouldnt be caught dead with it. Its akin to costume beads. I suggest you go to the GIAs website for all of your info, not your local jeweler.
