Ordered on November 4, credit card charged. 10 days later unable to find any order on my account and when I "chat" am told having technical difficulties. What a scam!
Orders were sent in greater quantity than ordered, very cheap quality, sent over $10,000 worth of cheap products to an 82 year old woman and now won't refund what has been returned.

ShopLC charges a restocking fee of 25% on auction items... never was told this information for a long time. An order was not in stock. I cancelled the order. 2 days later they sent an email with oops we already sent your order. If you do not want the order send it back for full credit and they would pay for the shipping.
ShopLC charged me a 25% restocking fee and the return shipping. This is theivery. This order was originally out of stock.
A representative became angry at me and swore Jesus!
I returned defective items and ShopLC stated they weren't defective and charged a restocking fee of 25% and shipping charges.
Some jewelry is nice, others are junk.
ShopLC are dishonest and THEIVES!
I have spent many many thousands of dollars with them.
The order that they were out of stock was their last chance to cheat me.
They should be out of business.

Great price and products i canceled an order and still received it even after I received a cancelation confirmation. The product is very nice so I decided to keep it. But in the future honer the cancelation.

Don't get me wrong u can get nice stuff cheaper but u will not find anything like u can at a jewelry store. Shop closed will not sell a real ring cheap like white gold with real stones or gold with real stones at a decent price they are thousands usually but u can get that at a store I bought a 2 ct pink sapphire in white gold for 150$ it has 2 small diamonds too but u won't find anything like that in shop cl also when they do their live tv all they are doing is making people think they are dropping prices but if u look in their inventory u will see the price already and that's the price they drop it to live to sell so there is no price drop really and take ur stuff to a jeweler see what they say. Also out of every where I've gotten jewelry on this jewelry falls apart almost immediately stones fall out of everything instantly so I think their selling off defective items to be honest. Between November 2018 and December 2019 I bough over 70 items I only have 10 items that hasn't fell apart or hasn't lost a stone within the first week of having it and no I don't ware them daily. If u look closely u can see design defects etc.

Stop fhe bull about shungite, it is not true, i dont believe the reports about its healing properties, Its new age bull crap, They are scamming you for the $$$$$$, A mineral gemstone, etc does not have the ability to heal a person, this is just garbage.
I bought a shungite ring It was plastic painted. L bought a russian diopside bracelet. It was glass! I bought a pearl ring, the pearl fell off, it was a piece of hollow round painted plastic! I thought I could trust ShopLC, I was wrong! Buyer beware!

They quit making good jewelry yrs back. Can't buy a ring with good prongs or it seems stones in last few years. And now you can't return anything bought during a clearance event and return EVEN WHEN ITEM WAS NOT ON CLEARANCE?!

I have an issue with fraudulent charges to my card. I shopped at slc one day and the next, someone spent $2100. 00. I emailed slc, received an email asking me to leave them feedback, which I did, then my review got flagged. (Elsewhere)
I have seen quite a decline in slc. Shipping problems, QC problems, CS lacking. This company is not organized. One department has absolutely no clue what another does. For instance, hosts often give info that's false.
Be aware that SLC has never really had a clearance. If you pay attention to prices, you know they change daily, sometimes several times a day. They mark things up, then play pricing games on air to make customers think they are getting a deal. It's "All sales final" on clearance. No other shopping network does that.
Instead of fixing things, CS just responds to reviews and tries to clean up the mess another department created.
I've purchased many things I love. It's just that now, you often have to work hard to get what they sold. I have no idea what will happen with my missing $. Buyer beware!
I have ordered a lot of items Some of them very nice, some of them Not so nice. The prices are all right But not nearly so good as they would make you believe. My main problem with Them is Not The prices or merchandise, But the lack of customer service! They are very nice when you get on the phone with them. But what they say means absolutely nothing at all They just make you think it does. And you cannot talk to anybody you can get results from. They take your money as soon as you make a purchase even though they often don't ship for days, And then keep returns for 3 weeks or a month before they give a refund to your account. It boils down to them having use of your money for up to a month maybe more while you only have the merchandise for perhaps 2 or 3 days. Something is wrong with that. And when you call to ask them Why they have a not processed a return The agent gives you a bunch of baloney about how they're going to email the returns department and ask them which does no good whatsoever. I don't think they even do anything they just say they're doing something. So I will shop at amazon Or ebay Or my local stores But not lc.

Things have gone downhill a lot. They have a "forum" but they refuse to post any comment that doesn't reflect them in a good way. CS is not very good unless you get a certain person that is willing to help. You can win auctions on their rising auctions, but they can and do cancel after taking your money. They say "it's damaged" or it's "not in stock". Why aren't they checking BEFORE it's listed? There a a few decent or good hosts but professionalism, honesty, knowledge, and ethics are not required to host there. So many games and lies that's is disgusting. During the holidays, they promised delivery in time for Christmas. So many were disappointed and upset that they didn't get in time. Some items they showed in live TV only to find out they had none in warehouse. There is little if any communication or cooperation between departments. I've never experienced so many issues anywhere. I've been shopping with them for over a decade and can honestly say they've really gone downhill in the last year. They plead for new customers when they cannot or refuse to take care of the customers they have. Like I said, run, don't walk. Save yourself $ and frustration.
When I am not happy with an item I send it back & they refund my money promptly. I have been purchasing items for nearly eight years, & they stamp by their guarantee

Answer: Your jeweler has no idea what the difference is between "lab created" and " fissure filled". Niassa rubies are mined from the ground. They just go through a treatment that enhances their clarity. Upwards of 97% of gemstones go through some sort of treatment whether it be heating, irradiation, diffusion, fissure filling, dyeing. Some trwatments do effect the value, for instance, jade that has been bleached, filled and dyed really has little value at all. Thats why they dump it here. Asians wouldnt be caught dead with it. Its akin to costume beads. I suggest you go to the GIAs website for all of your info, not your local jeweler.
