I ordered a ring from here and it is NOT as advertised whatsoever. Look at these photos. Not even close. A customer service rep even confirmed via email it's not at all the same ring.
I've had an account with The Liquidation Channel long before they changed name to ShopLC for over ten years spent tons of money during that time. Early this year my account had apparently been hacked. Unauthorized charges were appearing on my credit cards. I contacted ShopLC about the charges. I was informed that some person was added to my account made the purchases. ShopLC refused to tell me the hackers name as it violated privacy! What?
I said You allowed a hacker to add themself to my account making fraudulent purchases using my credit cards and you're going to tell me their name is private! I immediately had my credit card account numbers changed. I had ShopLC blocked from submitting any charges to my accounts. All charges were refunded as well. After having contacted ShopLC numerous times, they finally told me the hackers name attached to my phone number in their system. They, however, had not done any investigating into the hacking issue at all, none. Instead they started sending letters to my house addressed to the hacker. I returned them as "Unknown" They then started calling and harassing me several times a day. I called them again yelling at them for their idiotic, utterly stupid and fraudulent criminal company activities. Informed them that I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. I blocked their phone numbers on all levels. So if they have called again I don't know it.
On an under $10 day, I purchased a thigh master for $4.99 shipping of a total of 15.96, because I was not sent one, but 4! A total amount of$38.52 So I called Customer service and told I have to pay to ship this back! I am a senior living on Social Security so deducting 38.52 from my bank account, I have to skip meals already, I can't afford gas, and told I have to drive to Post office, and pay return postage for SHOP LC ERRORS! I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO BBB WHEN I CALM DOWN SOMEWHAT!

Quick easy and affordable, They always have items that are current and priced well below big box store prices. I always have had positive experiences with this company.
I HAVE BEEN WATCHING THE NETWORK FOR SEVERAL WEEKS NOW. EVERYTIME I ORDER AN ITEM WHEN IT ARRIVES IT DOESNT MATCH WHAT THEY SHOWED ON TV. THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS ARE INFERIOR. IT APPEARS THE ONLY ITEMS THEY SELL THAT ARE NEAR WORTHY IS GOLD. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY.

I bought a few things from there rising auctions and the gemstones fell out of the setting a few days after wearing it and the gemstones are HIGHLY included and cloudy. The chain broke on the ecklace I ordered and the silver tarnished rather quickly. It was COMPLETELy an overall HORRIBLE if not the worst place I have ever made a purchase from!
I have been a customer of ShopLC/Liquation Channel for a number of years. I haven't many complaints about the items I've purchased. Not being picky, but recently, I find some of the hosts to be "overselling", ridiculous and very boring. In particular, I do not like to be told to call "NOW", as I am aware of the clock on the screen. I find most of (not all) of the host have the habit of talking as the other host is talking. Today, I had enough (10/23) when one of the host continued to interject as the other host or personnel was talking. He was rude in doing so and I find this occurring often. Also, I have timed some of the host as they are rambling on instead of giving the price of items. Note: if the price is $9.99 it is not nine niney nine ( it is nine ninety nine). Check vocabulary. There is one host who takes over the entire program as if the other host is not on screen.

Purchased what was supposed to be a AAAA tanzanite stone. I took it to get appraised and it was a AAA stone. I contacted shoplc and they did nothing for me so I was out the money for the appraisal and cost of sending it back insured

They will take your money for clearance product but don't tell you can not return items if you don't like what you bought they need to be turned in to the better business for false statements
I have been shopping on Shop LC for a long time and have a collection of beautiful jewelry and watches and other things purchased at a fraction of the price you could buy elsewhere. I have also bought gorgeous caftans, shawls and kimonos at super low prices. Also items for the home like sheets, towels, pans, racks, decorative pieces, etc., as well as wigs, hair care products, leather handbags, jewelry boxes, massagers and many other items, many have been gifts people have really liked. I usually have a wish list going and wait to catch even better prices before purchasing, always from their website. If you group $50 worth of purchases they have been offering free shipping. Shipping from their Texas location had slowed down a bit during the height of the pandemic but has greatly improved. I have had a few shipping issues over time but they have always made things right. They do have a good 30 day return policy. A few negatives are some of the male product demonstrators on TV have such strong foreign (India) accents you can't understand them and the product descriptions on the website are often poorly written by non native English speakers. Also a few hosts, refugees from other US shopping channels, are terrible. One woman sounds and acts continuously drunk. A few of the products I received from Shop LC I felt were below standard but most have been a good value for the money. Many of the customer service agents have strong foreign accents and are hard to understand. Most are very polite but some are clueless! The phone often rings for ages before someone picks up.

I've been a customer of many TV shopping networks for a number of years, but just started with ShopLC a little over a month ago (at the time of the posting). At first I thought how great they were because their prices are so low. I just thought by removing the "middle man" they could keep cost down, but it's more than that. The quality is seriously lacking with many of their products and their customer service is filled with condescending, sarcastic, individuals. Also, they claim to have a 30 days return policy, but that's not entirely true. They TAG each item and the tag says you can't return the item if the tag has been removed. I'm sorry, but how the heck to you wear any of their jewelry (or other items) with bloody tags attached? They're all about the money and not about the customers (except to take their money). One more point, do NOT get caught up in the auctions! Unless you can keep your hands off the bid-button and limit yourself to a bid that's LESS than what they're selling the item for on the main site, just don't do it! They have scammed so many customers by letting the customers bid WAY over the value of the item. It makes me want to scream how they take advantage of so many people! I sure wish the Federal Trade Commission would get after these people!

These people can't do anything right. They can't send a gift. Instead, they send it to me. Earlier i also sent a gift and then they used gift address to send all my subsequent purchases.to gift address. They refused any refunds. They have also regularly sent the item but double billed me and I don't know if my money had ever returned me because of their fragmented customer service it really is no customer service because they never respond to anything. You also MUST have your item number, purchase order number and date of purchase otherwise customer service WILL NOT help you. Truly i have a litany of screw-ups too much to mention all sucking my wallet dry. History shows a business as such is terminal and is only a matter of time when it closes up. Consumers cannot beware with these ongoing practices. After ordering item your money is gone, before you get the item also beware chances are you will not get your money that wrongfully taken from you. I have been shopping at an online network called ShopLC.com, which also makes presentations on TV in the early morning hours. They have been advertising jewelry by Swarovski, who is the world leader in quality crystal jewelry, and they have told the public through emails and TV presentations that Swarovski is discontinuing their relationship with retailers, and after June 30th will only be selling through their own boutiques at a much higher price. I have been ordering pieces and some of the recent ones have arrived without the Swarovski tag. This is very important if buying it as a gift. When I asked for the tags to be sent, I was told that they were no longer available, but ShopLC does not make this disclosure in its TV presentations or its email. Despite my multiple detailed email letters to various levels of the company, there seems to be no effective customer service on this issue. This lack of important disclosure amounts to false advertising! But they seem to be only concerned in selling their inventory. BUYER BEWARE!

Answer: Your jeweler has no idea what the difference is between "lab created" and " fissure filled". Niassa rubies are mined from the ground. They just go through a treatment that enhances their clarity. Upwards of 97% of gemstones go through some sort of treatment whether it be heating, irradiation, diffusion, fissure filling, dyeing. Some trwatments do effect the value, for instance, jade that has been bleached, filled and dyed really has little value at all. Thats why they dump it here. Asians wouldnt be caught dead with it. Its akin to costume beads. I suggest you go to the GIAs website for all of your info, not your local jeweler.
