I have been shopping on Shop LC for a long time and have a collection of beautiful jewelry and watches and other things purchased at a fraction of the price you could buy elsewhere. I have also bought gorgeous caftans, shawls and kimonos at super low prices. Also items for the home like sheets, towels, pans, racks, decorative pieces, etc., as well as wigs, hair care products, leather handbags, jewelry boxes, massagers and many other items, many have been gifts people have really liked. I usually have a wish list going and wait to catch even better prices before purchasing, always from their website. If you group $50 worth of purchases they have been offering free shipping. Shipping from their Texas location had slowed down a bit during the height of the pandemic but has greatly improved. I have had a few shipping issues over time but they have always made things right. They do have a good 30 day return policy. A few negatives are some of the male product demonstrators on TV have such strong foreign (India) accents you can't understand them and the product descriptions on the website are often poorly written by non native English speakers. Also a few hosts, refugees from other US shopping channels, are terrible. One woman sounds and acts continuously drunk. A few of the products I received from Shop LC I felt were below standard but most have been a good value for the money. Many of the customer service agents have strong foreign accents and are hard to understand. Most are very polite but some are clueless! The phone often rings for ages before someone picks up.

We have agent from a variety of locations. However, we are consistently working on ensuring we provide the best experience.
