If you don't want your fingers to turn brown or green, don't buy here! If you don't want your jewelry turning colors or your ears to get red and infected. Then please don't buy here! Also, I've never been talked to so rudely by any other customer service than I have at this company, today! Advertising is false, jewelry is dime store quality! I'll never buy from these people Ever Again!

If you DONT want your fingers to turn your skin Brown or Green, Do Not Buy from this Company! If you DON’T want your ears to get infected or jewelry that fades color, Do Not Buy from this Company!!! If you DON’T want to be DISRESPECTED or Spoken to Extremely Rude, Do Not Do Business with this Company!! They Misrepresent their jewelry and sell jewelry that you wouldn’t Buy from a dime store! As a B2B Account Manager, I am Appalled at Disrespect and Rudeness of their customer service rep’s!!!!!

Products used:
Rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and watches. I spent a lot of money at this company site and when I called today to explain that, not only, they had over charged me but their jewelry was turning my fingers Brown & Green!!! Necklaces turning coppery looking and earrings infecting my ears! I was met with the Rudest customer service I have ever met in a very long time!! She spoke over me, disrespected me, wouldn’t allow me to speak and just plain RUDE!! I’m a B2B Account Manager and I would’ve fired her on the spot!!! Customer’s will deal with a company, even if there are issues, as long as their problems are met with solutions, not disrespect! Every customer,no matter how much they spend, deserves to be heard, treated with respect and offered a solution!! After my experience with their customer service representative, I will No Longer do business with this company!!!! Their jewelry is misrepresented as REAL silver or gold, when it’s actually dime store junk!! If I had not been treated so very rudely and offered a solution, I may have “considered” a second chance with them. Not now!! I’m sending EVERY PIECE of Jewelry back, on my own dime, along with a copy of my $500.+ invoice. I’m also going to write a letter to the company regarding this issue! I’ll be expecting EVERY PENNY I spent returned to me!! I will also continue to write reviews and send pictures as proof as to this companies poor quality jewelry and customer service experience!! Thank you for letting me share my horrible experience.
