First time using shop LC and will never use them again. I waited for a package last night it said it would be delivered yesterday and now it's gone from supposedly being delivered to my place in Virginia yesterday and now it's up in Ohio somewhere. Poor customer service very poor customer service. It's like they don't care they're not available to answer any questions they don't even pick up the phone. But they'll pick up the phone if you want to buy something, that's pathetic. I advise that no one use shop LC you're better off with Amazon
Several items I order are stolen back from the company, most recent 911/20,2 gray animal flannel blankets $6.50 each, charged me and 1 week later aired these blankets at 12.99, held my purchases and then stole and resold my blankets, this is not their first time doing this to me its BS.

I really enjoy shopping with Shop LC. I've been a customer for about 3 months now and I've purchased a lot of jewelry from their website to the online auction. Overall I am pleased with my purchases (and fantastic prices). I've only had to send back 2 items and so far I've gotten my ring back that lost a small stone. The other purchase I'm still waiting on. Such beautiful jewelry at such fantastic prices. So glad I came across this channel and more than likely they have me as a customer for life.

Bought a Smart Soul Watch for a Xmas gift and now less then 60 days after the purchase its not working properly. It hasn't worked since we purchased it and we were giving it some time. Its clearly defective. So we called customer service and they said we can't return it, there is no warranty, and there is no technical support line to even call to try and resolve. I am very technical and have done everything to fix the watch. Lesson learned! Never buy from Shop LC again!
Finally got my masks in the mail and let me say I am shocked of the pathetic quality of these masks. I would be ashamed to sell anything this poor. These black mask are made of thin and I mean thin foam rubber. They are said to be washable is a joke. They will probably fall apart after wearing them once. You will have to be very careful taking them off because the ear straps will most likely tear. I wrote a review earlier about their customer service, which they don't have, and their shipping fees. Oh, I forgot, they also charged tax on the shipping fees. This company is a ripoff and scam the public. Will never order anything from this so called company. I would not even have given them one star but that was not an option.

I still can't believe what I can get through Shop LC and I have been purchasing jewelry for 6 years from them. Yes, it is carefully crafted with real gems and precious metals. You can also purchase costume type jewelry for a few dollars. I have a jewelry box filled with everything from them and nothing was over $30 (see pics).

Recently won a ring at 2/3 less than their retail price. They send an email that they are unable to process with no explanation and promptly refunds the money. Customer service replies are generic and never answers the question, why? They still have the same ring for sale on their site and auction too. If their are government regulations on disreputable auction practice, please let me know

I've ordered pretty often and service has been getting worse. When I order online I find the item I order listed at different prices, they of course charge for the higher price. I call to have it fixed and it takes several calls and no offer of a simple discount or anything for wasting my time.

Some items look different on tv or website than they really are, which is common when you shop from home. Luckily, you have 30 days to inspect and decide if you like your purchase.If for any reason you are not happy You can return your purchase and receive a refund.

The only problem I have is with their jewelry. I have purchased 3 rings from them with 2 of them losing stones rather quickly. I also noticed that rings are not nearly as flashy as they appear on tv. I was shocked by how small the stones were when they arrived. Other stuff so far have been okay.

Once again that arrogant nasty personality Tony is on Shop LC, cutting off female hosts with his aggressive slapping on his desk and demeaning comments, "do you not understand" and hundreds of repeated "Mr. Producer", Ladies and Gentlemen". I am surprised that there are no EEO formal complaints about this baffoon. He is no asset on air. If he is a gem expert then keep him in the back office but not on air. I just had to turn the channel or shop online whenever I see or hear him.
I was disappointed in the quality of the gemstone. It was full of air bubbles and looked crackled. I feel Shop LC should let the consumer know the defects of the gemstone. Unfortunately the bracelet was a final sale and cannot be returned. I definitely will not be purchasing anymore jewelry from Shop LC.

I I did a buy all on 12 strands of beads. There were 4 sets of 3 beautiful tumbled beaded necklaces in each set and they were all quite beautiful. The only problem was one set of 3 had 2 broken strands in the bags and as I tried to pull them out of the pouch beads went everywhere and I mean everywhere… so I am sending that set back. It's a same to because it had the rose quartz strand one I wanted the most and of course one that was broken in the packaging… these are quite lovely beads so I'm not really sure what to say. It won't stop me from shopping at SHOPLC because on the whole my experiences are wonderful!

Ring arrives just short of five weeks in our mailbox on a major state route. Why? Lots of money involved in this purchase. Customer service states there was a crawler on screen that said it was preorder. None people, nope, Nadda. Took to two Jewlers. One said
Not worth more than 1/2 my cost. One said at a fancy store or mall, it could be high retail. However, evaluated to NOT be high retail. So should I keep or return?
The gold/platinum plating wears off the rings very quickly, usually after wearing them part time for a couple of days. The silver underneath turns gray and dirty looking. I bought some expensive pieces from them and now am embarrassed to wear them. The same is true of their gold/platinum plated chains, although they last a little longer. Only the full-priced items are returnable, within a short time period. Items ship from China. Too bad the quality isn't there. With these obvious defects I wonder if the "gem stones" are really as advertised. I have lost all confidence in them.

Questioning how things are done. First, I don't understand how they can charge you immediately and then wait days to weeks before shipping. I honestly thought you can't be charged until an item is shipped.
Next, I posted 5 reviews. The four positive ones were posted within hours and the negative one still hasn't surfaced days later. I wrote the reviews to be informative for future customers. I read reviews prior to making purchases now I am questioning them from my experience.

Answer: Your jeweler has no idea what the difference is between "lab created" and " fissure filled". Niassa rubies are mined from the ground. They just go through a treatment that enhances their clarity. Upwards of 97% of gemstones go through some sort of treatment whether it be heating, irradiation, diffusion, fissure filling, dyeing. Some trwatments do effect the value, for instance, jade that has been bleached, filled and dyed really has little value at all. Thats why they dump it here. Asians wouldnt be caught dead with it. Its akin to costume beads. I suggest you go to the GIAs website for all of your info, not your local jeweler.
