My first order was pretty uneventful, other than the website being extremely slow. When I received the clothing item, it was as described, but had a small hole, which I sewed up. I decided to order more of the same item in different colors. One was generally as expected, the other a completely different style. I called and received authorization to return it. Hopefully I will get a full refund. Then, I attempted to order 2 more, as gifts, going to different people at different locations, but the website wouldn't allow me to use a different shipping address, other than my own. So I called them to place the orders. The agent didn't listen to me and completely messed up the shipping and billing addresses. I didn't know about it until the next day, when I got a confirmation email. When I called trying to straighten out the mess, the agent seemed unconcerned. She begrudgingly canceled the order and place a new one. She again didn't listen to me and nearly messed up the replacement order! I questioned the different total they gave me, each time, when placing orders for the same item. It's like they're just throwing out lotto numbers! She said that it was due to the tax rate, but I'm the customer! The tax rate shouldn't change due to the delivery address being different and besides, it was different on an exact duplicate order! In addition, I was not able to use a 25% off discount code, while placing a phone order. That seems unfair because I would have placed the order online, had their cheesy website allowed a different delivery address! At this point, I'm just hoping that my friends receive their items and I get a refund for the incorrect item that I returned and the botched delivery address situation. I certainly don't think that I will order from them again, it's exhausting! I don't necessarily think that it's a shady company, just disorganized and inconsistent.
