I had ordered rose plant on 3rd May (order no. *******). I got mud in ae sealed package. The packet itself is such that a LIVE PLANT cannot be alive considering it is sent from West Bengal to New Delhi. On opening only MUD in a sealed packet was found and they have not refunded money.
Feel to file a case of CHEATING on the website. They messaged that we will contact you in two working days but no help. Very Bad experience. Bad people. Will never buy anything on this site WWW.shopclues.com). First they didnot send on the correct address second they sent only MUD instead of plant and pathetic response on writing to their Customer Harrassment Center where nobody calls! See the attachedphoto. Not worth of buying on this website ever.

Shop clues claimed 5 time quality check but i don't think so, a single quality check.
I have order 5 stage water purifier but not delivered on time, I try to return the product but huge time taken finally replaced the product after many calls during 5 months. Again, supplied product is damage & poor quality. It is continue water flow without any filter of water. Output nozzle is broken, cartage is old etc if you try to filter clean water output is more bad quality even not equal to DJB water supply. So that I don't recommended to purchase.

Fake and cheater I ordered a combo pack instead of combo they send me different packages when I complaint about it they refused and they did not refund my money also and such a stupid customer care bull$#*! please don't buy anything from this type of fake website.

Dnt ever buy product from ShopClues. All the product images are fake. I had ordered a huda beauty liquid lipstick which was 12 colour set but received 12 lipstick of same colour

If you wish to purchase any item from this company, l suggest you not to buy any item from this company. Recently I bought some essential items from the ShopClues's. I am not getting those products yet now. I got a fraud call from *******471 number and they said that I got the first prize in ShopClues lucky draw. Now I want to know that How the frauds got my personal number from the ShopClues's database. Please don't buy any item from the ShopClues's, otherwise you will be regret. This is totally not secured to purchase any item in online.

The items they sell in (http://shopclues.com) ShopClues.com is of low quality. They dont have clear return policy. The sellers in shopclues sell 3rd quality products.
I brought one mobile from ShopClues.com but it was different from what they showed in the order photo. The quality was very bad and I wanted to return it. ShopClues.com said that they cannot take the product back. And they didn't give a valid reason. And later i was not able to contact the support. Even emails were unanswered.
You cannot reach the customer support easily. They will call you if they wish. This Shows how they cheat people easily. So with my experience I would say don't buy from ShopClues.com and get cheated

I placed an order on 25 May 2020 of around 3500rs pre paid and it was expected to deliver by 30 May 2020. But its 9 June now, I have not received my order yet. Worst part is I am trying to contact the customer service every day by calling 10-20 times a day but did get any response from their side. I understand that it might get delay due to lockdown but then why the app is not updated and I also got a WhatsApp from your end that I will get this by 8 June. But nothing happened. This is really frustrating and also I lost hope to get this deliver. It means It wasted my money and time and efforts. Worst site ever. I am much need of the product. I will never use this app again and never recommend this for sure.

I ordered Bajaj OTG oven from this site and I received the product damaged. I requested for a replacement on 8th April. It has been 2 weeks and there is no progress on return. I have sent almost 10+ clear images of product and packaging from all angles but still I am being asked images after every 2-3 days. Looks like they do not want to replace the product and waiting when I get frustrated and stop following. I will never shop again from this site.

Want to share my shopping experience at thjis site.

I am a Software engineer and live away from home. With my moms birthday coming up within few days I hopped on to this site to take a pick. At last i bought Micromax Doodle A111 phone. The phone was delivered well before the mentioned time on website. It came with a gift packing as I have opted for it while making the purchase. A big thanks to Shopclues.com for everything!

I ordered sugar stripes on 10th March. But till date it has not been despatched. Also the cancellation button is not active and unable to cancel the order inspite of the item has not sipped. Unable to contact customer care only recorded voice is available. It says order is active and will be despatched soon. When? Nobody knows. I have paid the full amount Rs 1300/ No reply to any email.
