I used to use shop & ship very regularly when I used to live in Dubai. I moved to India since 2019 and used shop & ship 2-3 times. All the time I ended up facing issues with customer service. They charged me too high for importing. Also their customer service is very rude always try to put the blame on the customer for delay, high import charge etc. The team in India is very un-professional. I strongly recommend not to use shop & ship if you live in India.
Stupid people working in the customer service who have their head stuck in someone else's Ars and do not think and not capable of reasoning because the IQ is below ZERO. Lack of accountability and respecting customers. We lost it, it is customer problem. We broke it, it is customer mistake. We do not know what happened to the item, as SNS, we does not care, it is the customer problem.

I have had a shop and ship account since 2013
I started in Dubai then moved to India
Recently I moved back to Dubai and wanted to change the address back to Dubai
I couldn't edit it on the site itself, tried contacting S&S through email, on their website, instagram and facebook
They do not have any contact number
Do not respond, even though I told them I have an expensive shipment that was sent to my address in UK.
It was a free lifetime account. They deactivated it, my money and items are lost
And now they are asking me to sign up to the premium membership
Complete lack of ethics, customer service or anything
Horrible horrible people

They dont read and respond to the emails, they dont have voice customer support!
They gave a wrong invoice for my shipment which has much higher customer goods value due to which i have to pay nearly 2k extra at the customs to get my courier delivered! They were least bothered to read my mail and use the invoice which i had provided them!
Repenting for buying shop and ship flex membership!

Value of goods was 110 USD and they have declared as 152 USD and asking me to pay more for the customs clearance
They make mistakes for which the customer needs to bear the cost. Rules change from package to package based on person at the desk. In one pack a battery is accepted, in another the same battery becomes unacceptable item, in the third shient a double capacity battery is accepted as electronic with battery. There is no consistency which creates confusion and then the audacity of the customer service to state that you are lucky to get the first shipment and acceptance of the third shipment is a mistake. Why is the policy not clear to their staff?
Very unprofessional, very rude, very unmannered... They sent me a package which I didn't order, and they insisted that I should pay for it, and when I refused to pay, they closed my account...
I already paid via credit card and they did not even delivered the package, they sent me a location to one of their branches and when my brother went to take the package they made him pay again! I am trying to contact them now, but they are unresponsive, I have been calling but no one picks up so I sent them a direct message on Twitter they asked for the shipment number and never contacted me back... it's so messed up and it's not even the first time I am extreemly dissatysfied. I only subscribed a couple of months ago and I am definately cancelling my subscribtion.
For a shipment of 4kg package, the total charges is AED. 435 ($118) out of which they claim AED. 260 is customs charges and have been following up for the customs invoice over phone and email for the week but not provide at all (Case Ref: DXB/0622/*******). Careful of the unexpected charges while shipping with them and their excellent support.
2 weeks ago I purchased electronic stuff from Amazon and I plan to use any forwarding company from the US to Qatar. So I checked every shipping company and read their reviews. I found this company SHOP AND SHIP has a lot of bad reviews. Especially the delays of the shipping so I tried to use this company. Las October 4,2017, they sent out my package to shop and ship hub in New York and S&S confirmed on October 5.2017 that they had received my package and the same day they shipped out my package going to Qatar. So October 6,2017, I received an SMS notification that my package was held at their facility and ready to collect. This is the first time I used S&S and they fulfilled what their customers want. No need to worry Shop and Ship it won't let you down.
Never ever use them if you're willing to get something from amazon they want me to pay double the price of the item says *customs*, 400 egp for the customs? The item cost is 341egp and the weight is 0.30lb and they wanna charge me that's much says we can't do anything about it lmao, Because the merchant didn't include a invoice they just add a random price out of their head didn't even bother to check online how much it costs, Called them like 6 times now and everytime they tell me we gonna look into it and someone will call you and nothing happens
Finally the last call someone of their team said we gonna make a 100 egp discount for you but we gonna handle 50 egp and you the other 50 egp XD never seen a company that's unprofessional and dumb, Never waste your money or time with shop and ship use amazon direct for find another service thanks.
Wrote a review on Trust Pilot about Aramex too. Parcel sent to PO Box recorded delivery 30 days ago, tried Phoning, Emails, Twitter, FB Messenger to find anyone to help, hopeless.If anyone knows anyone whatsoever at Aramex who does anything to help anybody with anything ever, please post it here with contact details as I was posting to an actual customer but can warn everyone to never deal with them unless they never want to see it or hear from them again!
One star is way too much for them, I wish there is zero star, first i ordered one speaker from UAE to be shipped to Saudi Arabia. Aramex (shop&ship) center in UAE refused to receive my order. Second i tried to solve this issue through calling their customer service in Saudi Arabia ******* as nothing in the whole world forbids you from ordering a speaker while they said Saudi Customs will not let it through, i raised a ticket under my mobile number *******696, minimum waiting on the line is 15 min and it can reach to 30 min, so hectic and time consuming, i called like 7 times literally twice their customer service put me on hold and vanish :). You cannot imagine how i feel right now. To make long story short, DONT YOU EVER DEAL WITH YOUR COMPANY IN YOUR LIVES, otherwise you feel the huge amount of disappointment i have right now.
One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. Shopandship lost my package, or a staff stole it, I have been sent the signed certificate of delivery to the Aramex warehouse. Shopandship won't accept responsibility so they won't grant me any kind of compensation. The frustration of always having to deal with "customer services" head office in the middle east somewhere, completely on the other side of the globe of where my parcel was lost will knock off days from your life. Shopandship won't refund me, the seller won't refund me because they have a signed delivery certificate that shows it was delivered at a shopandship warehouse, my credit card company tells me to ask Shopandship. Oh yeh, Shopandship had the audacity to tell me to contact the seller to request him send another item. All in all I am out of pocket for something I stupidly trusted shopandship to deliver.
My recommendation: Find a store that will deliver to your country or ask someone to buy it when they go abroad. This is surely why you need a freight fowarding service to begin with, right? The hassle and stress is not worth it!
I do not recommend their services, shipment always late, no customers services, ive been waiting for more than 20 days a parcel which was prepaid, after contact customers services i was informed that nothing can be done, i have to wait and no compensation at all.

One star is honestly too much! I ordered a package more than a month ago and honestly have been the hardest most unprofessional company to deal with. Always the system is down when I call, always people not helping. All they want is the fees and the customer does everything. They want me to go finish the custom papers myself, then go back to them and pay, other than what I already paid. DO NOT USE THEM AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, EFFORT, AND MONEY! If you want to order something online to egypt just order it right away, do not use them.
If there's only a -0 rating, that is the one that this crap and rubbish of a company deserved. It's been more than 2 months that I was battling with an issue for a certain shipment.
The shipment weight was WRONG so obviously the charges is wrong too. The difference is almost 2kg! I have emailed them many times, multiple calls, multiple follow ups, BUT NO RESOLUTION UPTO this day.
The most frustrating thing is, they actually acknowledged that the shipment weight is wrong and that they will correct it. BUT 2 MONTHS LATER, NO AMMENDMENT AT ALL.
Their responses is mostly a copy paste emails that it seems like you are emailing a robot with a name. Talking with them over the phone is worst! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I ended up just paying the WRONG SHIPMENT CHARGES, and guess what?! They haven't delivered it! I can't just let go of that shipment as it contains important stuff. I REALLY DO HOPE THAT THIS GARBAGE OF A COMPANY WILL SHUTDOWN FOR GOOD. And I hope all the people in this company that are not doing their job and caused me this distress will face a BAD KARMA along the way.
I attached the picture of the shipment info that has different weight stated from their rubbish app and different weight stated in their sms, BOTH ARE THE SAME SHIPMENT. So you can see that their internal system are disorganized.

Ordered 3 packets of goat milk from Australia and had them delivered via Aramex' Shop and Ship. I was out with my daughter on the day the package was delivered and did not hear the miss call (there was only one at 11:41). At 15:00, I arrived home and found the items in the heat outside my door. It's August 20th and the temperature is 46 degrees. We also had our nanny at home in addition to my wife. All it would take is someone to ring the bell and the package will be taken.
After calling to complain, I was met with the attitude of the employee at the call center. I asked to speak with the supervisor (Majdaline) to hear that my items were not damaged, so what is the problem? By the way she also said that if the item is damaged they would refund. In other words, they only think they are finished once they refund you the money. Bringing the same item back takes 15 to 20 days. It is not even considered what my daughter will drink all this time. Your perishable items may be damaged, but the money is refunded, so what's the problem? This is the attitude.
