I have had a shop and ship account since 2013
I started in Dubai then moved to India
Recently I moved back to Dubai and wanted to change the address back to Dubai
I couldn't edit it on the site itself, tried contacting S&S through email, on their website, instagram and facebook
They do not have any contact number
Do not respond, even though I told them I have an expensive shipment that was sent to my address in UK.
It was a free lifetime account. They deactivated it, my money and items are lost
And now they are asking me to sign up to the premium membership
Complete lack of ethics, customer service or anything
Horrible horrible people
