One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. Shopandship lost my package, or a staff stole it, I have been sent the signed certificate of delivery to the Aramex warehouse. Shopandship won't accept responsibility so they won't grant me any kind of compensation. The frustration of always having to deal with "customer services" head office in the middle east somewhere, completely on the other side of the globe of where my parcel was lost will knock off days from your life. Shopandship won't refund me, the seller won't refund me because they have a signed delivery certificate that shows it was delivered at a shopandship warehouse, my credit card company tells me to ask Shopandship. Oh yeh, Shopandship had the audacity to tell me to contact the seller to request him send another item. All in all I am out of pocket for something I stupidly trusted shopandship to deliver.
My recommendation: Find a store that will deliver to your country or ask someone to buy it when they go abroad. This is surely why you need a freight fowarding service to begin with, right? The hassle and stress is not worth it!
