Impossible to get a hold of anyone, when we do, they refuse to help locate a package that they lost! Don't ever use them! I would give them zero if I could!
Shop and Ship used to be a reliable service for me, but of late their service has nosedived to abysmal levels. My last experience was really disappointing. After delaying the shipment from the US, the UAE local Aramex delivery guy didn't deliver to me, and put a comment "customer not available" which was a complete lie. Then it was taken to their Sharjah warehouse because apparently "the address was not mentioned" and "clear delivery instructions were not given". Then I got an email that shipment will be destroyed in 7 days. I had two expensive laptops in that shipment, and was really scared after getting that email. Seriously, I am a registered customer of SnS with clear address mentioned, and previous shipments were coming to me without any issues. Suddenly how did my address disappear from the system? And the delivery guy trying to put the blame on me saying I was not available on my apt, when I was present throughout the whole time! Something is seriously wrong about these guys. I somehow got them to clear the issues and confirmed the delivery slot for the next to next day, and then again the shipment wasn't out of delivery! I had to make multiple calls to SnS and Aramex customer care to make sure it was shipped. Finally a sigh of relief once they delivered it to me. But I really went through unnecessary hassle, despite paying their fee on time always; however their attitude is like they are doing me a favor. Really poor service, and I am never shipping with them again.
No one is trying to help with a laptop I ordered with Apple as the item has gone 'mysteriously' missing. Now, nobody is picking up the phone. DO NOT USE
No support no answer and very very slow approvement take on the day to do they spend 10 days and they don`t finish it plus high fees no recommend to use this service.
I needed some medical items urgently for a sick patient in Dubai and the items were available in Singapore. I ordered it online and gave the Shop & Ship address of Singapore.
This process was done earlier several times and I never had any issue.
The items were delivered on the 11th if April but I never received any notification from sHop&Ship.
I checked with the company of the medical items and they told me the items were delivered urgently by their driver and sent me proof of delivery with the signature of the Aramex staff as well as the official stamp of Aramex logistics.
I contacted Shp&Ship and received some of the most unacceptable responses which no self-respecting person or company would ever give.
One of the replies by email was exactly worded as this "Even we cannot find your items!" whereas on twitter their staff was more intent on mocking me and kept on repeatedly asking me to show proof delivery in spite of the fact that I uploaded the document several times! Each time this disgusting staff typed the same message with a smirking sarcastic emoticon as if he was mocking me which is totally unacceptable and I will not remain silent on this!
Ultimately it was through my own earnest efforts by contacting the office in Singapore and reaching out to their VIP office manager that they did find the items and dispatched it by Aramex. It was clearly a major lapse on their part.
Needless to say, the items arrived too late and the patient's condition worsened due to this mess and I have a supporting medical report to testify this matter as well.
Not at any time did I feel I got any support from their team either by email or social media platforms and this warrants a legal complaint specially upon their staff who mocked me repeatedly by asking for proof of delivery even though the proof was sent.
I am following up for one of my shipments for more than one month. Still, i do not received my shipment or a proper explanation
So, as far as S&S's rates go, they do have the best rates I can find. However, as far as their "customer service" goes, it is basically non-existent and a total joke, as others have said. I have shipped items from the US to UAE for 8 years and used the same address saved to my Amazon account. Suddenly, items have stopped arriving and S&S says the items did not have my Aramex account on them and that I did not contact them in the correct time period (one agent said this was 10 days after delivery, one said 30. Basically you get a different agent every email and everyone says something different. No one 'owns' your problem). So, they DESTROYED my shipments! Now I have contacted the shipper who shipped for Amazon and gotten a copy of the address they used, which WAS CORRECT and DID HAVE my shipper number on it, which means that S&S **LOST** my package and is taking ZERO RESPONSIBILITY. SO... as long as everything goes right with your shipment, all is well. But if something goes wrong, you may was well consider it gone, at least where UAE S&S is concerned. They are the W. O. R. S. T.!
I regret ever penny I have spent on them, they truly are the worst. First of all twice I ended up paying double for the shipping cost after an error in THEIR payment system and they wouldn't reimburse me, even after multiple attempts at contacting them. Once I had items stolen from my package, so it arrived with only half of what I ordered, and surprise surprise they never reimbursed me. Also recently I made an order that was worth $60, they decided to price it as $225 and would not change it, even after I sent them multiple images of the invoice in addition to an email from the seller stating the price of the item. This of course lead to it getting stuck at customs, for over 2 weeks, once the appraisal came out they claimed that it will be 20JDs for customs and 5 JDs service charge, I decided to accept the amount since it wasn't that much and asked them to release it for me. I now find out that they are attempting to charge me 113 JDs as custom charge. The most ridiculous company I have ever dealt with and they have the worst customer service ever. I highly recommend you avoid them if possible.

Try to stay away as much as you can as they cost a lot of money and their customer service center is very unprofessional.
Negative 5 stars if I could. First of all, their website is barely functional, so don't expect to be able to do basic things like pay, upload invoice, etc through it. The entire shipping process takes nearly a month. The only shipment forwarder I've used with that kind of ETA. When the shipment arrives in your country, problems don't end there. The driver will attempt delivery very early in the morning (because delivering at a residential area at 6:30AM makes perfect sense), then just deposits your parcel at a collection point at the likely event you can't receive your package that early in the morning. I inquired after the package because I wasnt aware delivery was attempted that early. The driver was requested to pick up my parcel and try delivering again. Finally, an end to the ordeal. Nope, when the driver arrived he proceeded to get angry at ME for not being able to receive the mail at 6:30AM. Kept blaming me for the fact that he has "hundreds of packages" to deal with every day. Basically treated me like sh*t with not even a single apology. You'd think he'd be happy people are even using their service and he actually has packages to deliver. Paid an overly high amount just to have the item delivered nearly a month later, with the added bonus of being verbally abused by their driver for his own actions in the first place. I never complain, but this was just beyond.
TL; DR: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are horrible at their core business, charge exorbitantly high fees, but can't be bothered to maintain a functional website or train their staff in basic courtesy. Try Shipito or Stackry instead. Many other options that won't give you grief.
Very bad experience with the company. 2 months waiting for the shipment and the customs are estimated on a different cost than in the invoice.
They don't deliver the parcel they don't have real phone numbers and they don't refund your money. This business is a scam.
Absolutely no accountability for missing shipments and no way of contacting customer service
My package from USPS was delivered to their NY facility on 03/29. They claim they havent received it and are asking for proof of signature. When they very well know that signature is a paid and extra feature in USPS and almost all shipments do not need a signature. Apparently someone has found a loophole in their NY office. Shipments mysteriously 'disappear' and then they claim USPS is not reliable and never delivered it. Really, are you claiming a $70b company doesnt know what they are doing? This is a priority and tracked shipment that has gone missing or should i say 'mysteriously disappeared' in their NY office. Imagine they are able to claim with certainty that a tracked shipment has not been delivered. USPS insists and has emailed me that it has been delivered to Aramex on the exact date and time it was mentioned.
If you open a claim on their website they respond with a case reference number and close the case without even resolving it or getting back to you. If you call their UAE customer care center they say we will check with the USA team and get back to you. However there is no checking and no getting back. Nothing. Dismal customer service who seems to only copy paste replies without even checking the client name. Not even bothered to make an attempt to solve an issue. They even replied to me with a different name which showed that they just copy their replies to the customer without even bothering to read it. I have lost so many brain cells trying to trace my shipment
I really do not know why Aramex needs to offer this Shop & Ship service when their service is so bad. Probably the worst service i have encountered in 15 years of online shopping. Save yourself the headache.

A minha encomenda foi entregue a eles no dia 30 de Dezembro e só foi actualizado na minha conta no dia 4, após inserção da encomenda na conta, solicitaram uma factura que foi adicionada na mesma manhã. Hoje, final do dia 5 eles ainda não reviram a factura. Ainda não paguei o envio da encomenda por atraso na parte da S&S, mas pelas reviews que vejo aqui, creio que será uma lástima. Só respostas automáticas aos meus e-mails.
Já estava habituado a MyUS, é caro mas é mais, célere, eficiente e eficaz, de longe melhor que o Shop&Ship. Vou fechar a minha conta na S&S e voltar a MyUs.
Horrible, overpriced company. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN! My items arrived May 2 and it's now June 17. No one responds to messages, phone calls or emails.
They lost some of my shipments and it takes them forever to clear things from customs.
