I have had repeated probelms with packages not being delivered to my sister in Malaysia. I have noticed that if I ship new unopened items she NEVER gets the packages. We are talking over 10 packages. The reason so many... I'm told that they were being held up but would be delivered. Then I would trust them to keep their word. Needless to say, they never delivered the packages or could give me any information on where they lost them. No apologies, no excuses... just we can not tell you anything about the packages. They swore they forwarded them. I'm certain they have ways of tracking these items. You do not use these people to deliver your international packages.
I order an item from the US, and I copied the exact address in their website. Now its been 2 month of endless emails and international calls with the supplier, my order was received by shopandship in Springfield gardens and confirmed with proof from the suppier. Today (29 of August 2019) shopandship told me yes your item was destroyed by us because we didn't know the receiver name. After talking to the managers, the best word I got was order another one...
This is the worst customer care I have ever seen this year.
First of all, they are not as quick as noon.
Second, it is pointless the promises they make.
I am still waiting for a package.
The app does not give you accurate information.
If English is your first language you will be disappointed.
They lost one of my shipments, so I asked for a refund because it is entirely their fault (I have proof). Accordingly, I've been calling and emailing them every single day, and I keep getting the same response. They are liars and frauds. STAY AWAY.
I ordered a shoes for more than 6 months january 2020 and i didn't delver it yet, July 2020and all this time i am suffering from the horrible communication that doesn't clarify anything, and now they are asking for taxes triple the shoes price
They were really good at first but started to get worse. First the online chat shuts down which was the easiest thing you could to do to contact them. They never answer you properly. Now theyre blaming corona with problems they are having where peoples packages are stuck and missing. Just need to get my packages and will start using another service
Can't give it 5 stars yet because I tried it only once, but this once was really good. Quick and very cheap. And my parcel was in perfect conditions.

We've been using S&S for few years now and all I can say about them is "I love them!". We thought we had an issue with them regarding the weight of one package but actually we were wrong. Even if there is some delay it does not happen that often and it is never for too long, so I do not see that as a reason to be unhappy with them. As long as all my packages arrive to our home and they always arrive in perfect condition I can only be happy with S&S. I guess sometimes all you need is just a little bit of patience with them.
I shipped a package with this people they received it in the USA sent be the bill to pay for the final shipment and deliver to UAE which I paid since 4th feb today is 15th of March I still have not received my package with no explanations from them. I was just told my package is missing and they do not refund.
Simple, smallish shipment from Maryland U.S. to Australia was held up in New York because the auto PayPal did not work. Despite 2 emails asking why, there was and still is no response. Communication seems not to be a word they know at their N. Y. depot.
However, due to the efforts of Sneha in their Sydney office I now have the parcel. Bottom line? Never again with Shop & Ship. It should not be this hard and please note that communication is SO important. Please make sure you follow up on automatic emails that you have given a case number to.
As per customer service it takes them 3 days just to update the system saying that they received the order and 7 days for them to finally deliver not counting weekends. Given that they are a logistics company and use air transport tht is a long time. If i knew there service was that slow i would of used a different option.
Unacceptable call center service. Lack of delivery and shipment information especially from the USA office and/or big delays. No proper follow up of complaints. Minimum staff to serve and reply. One of many personal experience is that after 11 days of confirmed by the seller delivery, S&S delivery confirmation is still missing, complaints have not been replied and call center not answering or hang up the calls. Extremely disapointed.
They lost one of my package, it took over a month to find my package but finally they accept that the lost it. At the same time rest of my packages were shipped, it's 40 kg parcel. I contacted them before what is the best way to ship my parcel. I can separate to 2 shipment but they said that their staff will pack properly. No worry. You can see what I received. My products were damaged a lot. They said they don't have the policy with damaged items. During this time I also asked them to send my duplicated order back to brand and I paid them for processing. Past over a month, I've asked for my return rebel for 3-4 times but they ignore. Finally, I decided to call them. They didn't know where my order was at. They couldn't find it. The valued is over 2000 USD. Don't even know what will they do. They've just asked me to wait without giving timeline on when I can expect to know what happened with my order.
I don't advise any one to be a member in this service based on my personal experience with them, i canceled my membership in shop & Ship for several reasons

Hidden costs, fake promises and shipment never reaches you. If, after receiving many fake promises by their team you decide to return the item to the seller, they charge you more than the item cost itself. I lost around 100 EUR for two deliveries which never reached me. Unprofessional liars! Shameful! Going to report them because they charged me and did not deliver the service.
I have requested some item from USA which was just worth of ******* INR they asked me to pay ******* and I had refused to accept the item and did not pay.
They said they will file criminal case agains me so you can imagine such mafia (gunda) company it is. Do not use their service if you want peace of mind they will stress you and want to take all your money.
If i dont want item on that cost simply they can auction it or destroy it as per their clause 44 but they threaten me to file civil and criminal case but crime i have done by not accepting the item which more then double the cost
I bought 6 foundations from the same seller on amazon. But due to some complications the seller sent the foundations on different dates. Before they arrived at shop and ship, i specifically wrote them that they should not ship the products until all of them arrived so that it can be one parcel instead of multiple.
These people acknowledged my email,
But surprisingly checking my shop and ship app after 2 days am seeing that 4 different parcels are coming my way... like what the heck?. Now am required to pay for 4 packages instead of one

There is a company with a very similar name as this one, operating in the ecommerce business space. That company operates in an excellent manner and has very good customer testimonials. I will therefore encourage readers to be certain they understand the reviews here are specifically associated with this company called 'ShopandShip' and avoid mistakingly associating it with other companies with a very similar name.
In most cases the shipment delivered to your account it takes 3-4 days to be assigned to your account and then 5-10 Business days to arrive BUT if there was a wrong categorization which is happen alot it will take one month setting with no updates and there is a change to destroy it since they can't hold it more than 30 days! So frustrating and what they keep saying is we will send a reminder to NY team and that's it. And i didn't mention the overweight policy where the item weight is under 1lb they weight it at 1.1lb to get extra money.
