The best place to order nhl jerseys and apparel from. The selection is usually pretty good and the customer service is fantastic along with the shipping time and prices. Always look up coupon codes before you order from sites like retailmenot.com. You will get what you pay for.

First of all, they don't ship your order. Or respond to emails. But they do charge your card immediately. When you call them, they play the song "She $#*!ing Hates Me" on repeat. The representatives use racial slurs every time they refer to you, even after being told to stop. When you finally tell them to $#*!ing stop, they hang up on you. After calling you horrible names and playing "She $#*!ing Hates Me."

Terrible Customer Service

Order placed on 30/11 and still no progress whatsoever! Called them 3 times to be told "it will ship within 24hrs" and still nothing... promised call backs never happen and they never reply to emails! Truly terrible site!

Shady Returns
September 28, 2019

Returned one hat and got less than half the original price back because of a MANDATORY $10 return label fee subtracted. (A fee that's only mentioned when you're 99% done processing the return). More than double a standard shipping cost, just to ship the hat back one state away from me to the return center. Would have no problem paying a few bucks for shipping, but double a normal shipping cost?! Paying more for the forced label than the amount of money you got back for the item?! It also looks like the $10 fee is a fixed fee for returns - no matter what the cost of the item is!
Straight up scam and will never buy from these morons again.

I ordered a gift for Christmas from this site. And after a few days I didn't receive anything that said it shipped. So I emailed and asked... twice and both times I got an automated message saying it hadn't shipped yet... so I call today and it's French? Like how does that make sense. I got though to someone who told me it was out of stock... and why was that never relayed to me? Scam!

Ordered on the 13th. Never got a confirmation email and when I called (thank to you all posting their number on this site) and put in my phone number, it said it was still processing. Total crap! I will NEVER order from them again. NEVER!

Quick and easy
May 19, 2015

Ordered a womens and mens customized Leafs 3rd jersey. NHL.com Canada said it would be shipped within 4 to 5 weeks. Got it in 1 week of ordering. Customization looks awesome with the felt like lettering. Also, noted this was during a free customization promotion. Was scared after seeing bad reviews, maybe I just got lucky.

I placed my order on January 4th, 2023. Today is January 19th and it says that it may ship by the 23rd. I bought this as a gift for my 17 year olds birthday, which is on the 23rd. What am I supposed to do? Show him a picture of the $250 jersey I ordered and say EVENTUALLY it MAY get here, if you're lucky? There is NO way to contact an actual person either. No email address, only a physical mailing address, an 800 number that tells you your order status but gives you no option to speak to anyone (probably a good thing because I'm mad), their "live" chat is not live, they are pre-programmed responses. I think I will report them to the Federal Trade Commission and see how they like that. I would encourage anyone else who has had problems with shopnhl.com to do the same. https://www.ftc.gov/

I ordered my facemasks in early May, and now after tracking, it shows it hasn't even shipped yet, and it's target date is July 28th. Over 2 and a half months later. Come on, guys, seriously?

This will be the last item ever purchased from these guys. Unacceptable.

Been waiting for weeks now - never received the jersey for Christmas... same standard answers "it arrive soon, busy season"! Bottom line, they are a scam... I just tried the website which I'd bookmarked, and got this: "

We recommend that you close this webpage and do not continue to this website. SO just stay away... I'm out my money, no jersey -- checked with my credit card company who also showed a higher amount charged than what the "confirmation" email showed... BAD COMPANY!

First off they make things really easy when your buying, but when you have a problem, it becomes a major problem. I ordered 3 shirts and 1 hat, said everything was in stock, 1 hour later sorry, backordered!, Then finally get my order, they just shoved my shirts in separate boxes and sent them out. One shirt was supposed to be small, paper in the box said small, the shirt was Xlarge! Way to big for my wife. Then I try to call them waited over 8 hours and still no call back. They lied about the 10%off if you sign up with your email too. Great looking site, lots of stuff but horrible customer service. Will not buy from again.

Worst company ever

Bought a Heritage classic Winnipeg Jets Jersey Fanatics. 180.00 order Recieved a Edmonton Oilers 20.00 T shirt instead. Call customer service told me the speal of how sorry they were and that there were no more jerseys in the size I ordered. Would only refund my money once I shipped the t shirt back. Once recieved they would return my money. Also for their mistake gave me a lousy 15% off next purchase which was another slap as the site usually advertises 25% off. So angry and frustrated. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I ordered three items that were shown as in stock and ships within one business day. I should have done research before I placed that order. After a week and a half, I was given two different answers to my inquiry as to when my order would be processed. One person said it should have been shipped the day after my order was placed. Another said it shows it was shipped on the day after my order was placed. No answer saying why the order was delayed and deflection to the "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I requested a cancellation because the status still showed "NEW" and not even shipped. They would not let me cancel because it was "too far along in the shipping process" even though they said it hadn't even been processed or shipped! This company reflects terribly on the NHL as a league. They need to cut ties with them because it makes them look bad.

Ordered custom jersey 11/21, with promised shipping date 11/25 and delivery date 11/27. Now they told me it will be shipped 12/6, which is too late. And based on previous reviews, I would not trust that either.

Today is 11/28 and customer service is telling me they can not cancel it, as it is custom. But also they are not able to ship it until 12/6. So either they are lying to me or they really have something extemely wrong at NHL!

Advice: Do not use this site to order anything. And maybe this is way NHL works.

So I ordered from this site again despite the unbelievably slow shipping last time. This time I got an authentic Adidas jersey on sale for like $150. Well the USPS tracking number shows delivered, but it certainly was NOT delivered. It's the same mailman at my office all the time. In fact yesterday he cam in, left a couple of pieces of mail on the reception counter, and used the restroom (lol). I contacted USPS to put in a claim but could not since the package was not insured. $180 after tax you figure these guys can spend the $2.00 for insurance right? Wrong.

Waste of time and money.

Never experienced service as bad as theirs. Crappy glitchy website and that was a joy compaired to talking directly to their customer service department. Took an entire month for them to tell me that they sold me an item that they don't even have. Would have taken longer but I insisted they figure it out or refund my money. Of course its too late to find another gift before Christmas. Shame on shop.nhl.com.

Take Money & Run

Wish I had seen these reviews before. Ordered Jan 30,2021. My PayPal payment was immediately processed by NHLSHOP and receipt from PayPal but no order confirmation and no delivery. Upon checking, no record of my custom order making it to Checkout. I registered and checked out - now charged twice. PayPal is investigating. They provided a shipping status from USPS that says my package was delivered Feb. 16th. Nope. USPS can't find. Still no response from NHLSHOP. Hoping PayPal will make good on one or both payments. Don't go cheap - go with official NHL dealers!

I agree with the other reviews that shipping is sketchy: I ordered a signed puck that said it was delivered but wasn't (apparently it was returned to the manufacturer). I spoke with a helpful customer service rep on the phone and since then have communicated by e-mail with Donna, who has been responsive and helpful. Once the puck was back in stock, I tried again -- and this time its price had been reduced. It was just delivered.

Ordered a hoodie 2 weeks ago and told it was "guaranteed to arrive by 12/23." Fed Ex says it won't be delivered until the 27th at least. Customer service - which I waited for 30 minutes to talk to - says basically, "nothing we can do." I paid for 3 day shipping. Stay away from this crap company! Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Horrible, horrible company.

I ordered a jacket for a Christmas gift. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and realized it only when I started looking through and organizing my Christmas items. I tried to do a simple size exchange and they refused since it was over 90 days. The jacket won't fit my son and I can't afford another one. I have been a loyal customer here for years and they treated me very poorly. I do not recommend buying anything here-but your NHL items from Amazon, Kohls, etc.
