I ordered a display case for my mini helmet. Came in and the base was broken. I spoke with Sheilah who got a new one sent to me. A few days later the replacement arrived and was ALSO broken. Sheilah again made a quick turn around and got another one out to me. Third times a charm, it came un-damaged. It is packed so tightly that any damage to the box breaks the wooden base to the display case. It sucked I had to have 3 sent to me to get it right but the customer service was quick about it.

The first time I contacted them they were very apologetic and immediately sent out what was supposed to be the correct one, but I received the same ugly piece of crap. I will never order from them again. I have blocked their ads.

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. This has got to be the worst website out there. There's literally no customer service except their stupid chat bot. You can't actually get somebody on the phone and it is impossible to cancel an order. The website said my item was in stock and would ship out within two business days of me purchasing. It never shipped out so I checked every other day on that same item, and it kept saying it was going to ship out the next day and the next. Never did weeks go by, tried to find some sort of customer service to just cancel and buy somewhere else but there's no number or anything. You just have to speak to their dumb chat bot and I couldn't cancel. Very frustrating.
Reebok and Fanatics brands are not worth the prices they're charging! Especially authentic Reebok hockey jerseys are idiotic how they size them. Who sizes a 60 in a pro jersey and it runs 5 inches smaller! They're ALL smaller than advertised. CCM never shorted measurements and always gave you a quality product! The Fanatics breakaway jerseys are cheap, and shoulder patches are pressed not stitched and many are falling off. As a hockey fan really disappointed in all the products offered to fans. As well that the main sales sites have NO areas for customer reviews. UGH!
NHLShop.com is quite possibly the worst online shopping experience. I spent over $500 on merchandise, and still had to pay shipping. Then the pajama shorts I ordered were too small even though I ordered them a size to large for comfort. I was not even able to process an even exchange for the item, I to reorder the item + shipping and wait 7 days to get my online gift card refund. My only other option was to pay $10 to have my funds credited to my original tender. Total scam of a website. Not even sure I will claim my e-gift card once it finally shows up in my account. Avoid this merchant. Side not to Fanatics and NHLShop.com - female hockey players might have big thighs.

First, a 5-star for Cristin. Second, a 3-star for NHL overall. I've spent a ton of money on Kraken gear, my biggest purchase being an autographed jersey. NHL delayed shipment four times saying it was for "COVID" reasons, this excuse went on from October to April. This jersey still to this day shows as "available and will ship in 46 business days." I finally called after the fourth delay and Debbie ensured I would receive communication from the Sports Memorabilia Department. The next day, Cristin reached out to let me know it was actually an issue with the athletes not coming together for signatures. As ridiculous as that was, she actually was able to get an upgraded autographed jersey sent the next day. She checked in periodically to ensure it was received.
I am impressed with Cristin's (and Debbie) customer service skills! The NHL shop, not so much.
I was scared to place my order because I thought my experience was going to be "what I ordered VS what I got" but to my surprise I got exactly what I wanted and even better!
Placed my order on December 5th for a personalized back pack for my Grandson for Christmas, website said it would get here before Christmas. When I checked shipping status it states the 27th, so they lied. When I called them they said I should have picked another shipping option instead of the standard 3-7 business days, they were given 20 days to fulfill the order. I got no resolution just got blah, blah, blah, from JP. Their website does not disclose this, it's false advertising, nor does it warn you that you won't get it by Christmas! I could not find a yelp page or no way to place a review on the website, now I know why!

I read some horrible reviews about NHL ship unfortunately after I had already purchased my product, a 2022 Calgary Flames home jersey. Luckily, the product I received was in great condition, exactly as I wanted. It did arrive about 4 days after the expected delivery date, but after reading some of the reviews I had been worried I would never get it at all, so I was pleasantly surprised. Apart from the delayed arrival, no complaints at all.
Don't offer expedited shipping and an extra cost and then have 75% of the items come in 4 days after the guaranteed date. Be honest with customers in terms of realistic timelines.
I placed an order in early December, fully understanding there could be a delay in shipping due to the holidays. As I was still waiting I kept getting emails reminding me the item was available. Late December there was a tracking notice that the package was damaged but no communication from the shop. Date of delivery passed early January, I contacted customer service and was informed it was lost in shipping. They agreed to resend, now scheduled for mid February. Please do not give these people any money.

Ordered a custom jersey and within minutes received the email invoice. IT WAS THE WRONG SHIRT. I ordered a custom shirt for 139.99 got charged 139.99 but the invoice showed an entirely different shirt which on the site is only 77.99. I called got a person who spoke poor English but I was patient at first explained the mistake 4 times, after she kept telling me what I ordered I asked for a supervisor not once but 8 times finally she told me there is no supervisor just co-workers. I asked for her name and work ID she refused and kept refusing to give me a supervisor I said cancel the order and email me proof of cancel. Did not get the email until I asked a 4th time for the email. Never buy from this site they are a joke.
Purchased a custom Penquin jersey for my Grandson. It came with a letter missing.
Customer service insisted it was my typo and would not do anything for me. I wrote a letter to the CEO and Chastity responded in less than 24 hours indicating they would send a new shirt expedited for Christmas. I would use this Co. Again. Thank you Chastity for your quick response and thank you Doug. I am happy to post this great review.

I ordered a few items from this site and as of now only received one item. They were in stock when I purchased them. I only got an email confirmation about the one item shipped so I contacted customer service to find out why the rest wasn't shipped. I was told she didn't know. Since I got no response as to why... the next day I contacted them again and was told the items are coming from different warehouses. I still have no idea how long I have to wait for my order to be filled completely and shipped. Hopefully soon.
The worst, be ware, they will sign you up for some services automatically as soon as you buy something from the website and you will find out about it only a month later when u get a bill on your credit card from some bogus shipping company, secondly your items will come in multiple shipments and if you want to return anything for any reason they will charge you $10 for each item to return. Even if the item is only $15. I used to order bunch of items of my favorite teams, ususally about $200 on average each order, no more...

I agree with the other reviews that shipping is sketchy: I ordered a signed puck that said it was delivered but wasn't (apparently it was returned to the manufacturer). I spoke with a helpful customer service rep on the phone and since then have communicated by e-mail with Donna, who has been responsive and helpful. Once the puck was back in stock, I tried again -- and this time its price had been reduced. It was just delivered.
The jerseys from nhl shop.ca are honestly too disgusting to be called remotely close to NHL quality, the numbers, name lettering, and arm numbers look like they were made by a plastered 6 year old and sewn on with a monkey with Tourette's, I'll never buy a product from these pathetic weaklings again as I would rather spend my $250 dollars on sponsoring the North Korean missile program

I sadly got fooled as they first sent me the wrong jersey. I returned it and got store credit so I can re-order the right one ($200 purchase btw). Then the same jersey was mysteriously out of stock, forcing me to buy a more expensive version of it ($265). I bought it, as it was an xmas gift. The best part - The shipping estimate was 3-7 days. Now my estimated delivery time is not until 5/10/23 for something I ordered before XMAS.
There are no customer service representatives. This site is an embarrassment to the NHL. I hope everyone reports them!
Received the Jersey I ordered timely but when I opened the package there was a letter missing from my player's name. Used site's chat option to resolve the issue which got me absolutely no where. I have heard from my local embroidery shop that he gets their jerseys often with missing items and patches. I do not recommend ordering from them or Fanatics Brand in general.
Took 40 days for my tee shirts to arrive and they all shrunk down to half the size after 1 wash... very cheap material
