I ordered a new custom authentic addidas jersey in the beginning of October and was told it would ship on or before October 23, which never happened. Then I was told it would ship absolutely no later than November 13 but guess what? There is another delay and they have no clue when it will ship. It could ship tomorrow or next month. I paid $267 and havent even gotten my order shipped in over an entire month.

I requested a cancellation because the status still showed "NEW" and not even shipped. They would not let me cancel because it was "too far along in the shipping process" even though they said it hadn't even been processed or shipped! This company reflects terribly on the NHL as a league. They need to cut ties with them because it makes them look bad.
Ordered one custom crew neck sweatshirt 5 days ago. Never got any emails besides the original one say my order was processed and the money has been taken out of my bank account. Had to call take an hour and a half out of my Monday night to see where my order is to be dragged along and given no for sure reason or answer of what happened to my order. All they would say is they had a system error well the system took money out of my bank account so it must not have been too much of an error I would expect more of a discount if not a free shirt for being dragged along and given lies by the customer service representative. Had to specifically tell them it was often NHL website because there were looking on an NFL website which is absolutely ridiculous these people should know their products I tell them I'm Minnesota Wild sweatshirt they should know it's NHL not NFL or MLB Etc. The worst shopping experience I've ever had I hope I get some sort of credit in return for this because I still don't have my sweatshirt which was a time-sensitive product / purchase.
I ordered a Oilers sweatshirt from this site thinking it would be the upmost quality since it is the official NHL site. Delivery wasn't bad but when I opened the package the sweatshirt smelled of moth balls and the lettering on the back was faded. Definitely returning this for full refund and NEVER shopping on this site again.

Total junk! Fanatics cornered the "championship" market (NBA, NHL, MLB, NFL) and makes cheap quality stuff. Ordered a mini Stanley cup with a chip in it, a damaged hat, and a puck display with a baseball catchers mit. Better of going to the flea market for championship gear. Garbage!
I ordered from the nhl shop on November 22nd, my hoodie showed up JANUARY 3rd. In their defense, it didn't even ship until December 16th, so the delivery date was not that atrocious. Why am I griping about something that happened in November? My neighbors just ordered off the website, and paid for the 2 day shipping. By the way, this is only good for once they process the order. If they take 3 weeks to process it, it will ship in two days once they get around to it. They ordered on Tuesday the 20th, still no confirmation email. Good to see things have changed!

I would not recommend using this site. The customer service is non-existent. I paid to have something shipped within three business days and received an email saying it had been shipped and by the website's policy, I should have received it within three business days. I did not, and the company had no record of that email. They refused to refund my extra shipping charges. This has been the worst experience I've ever encountered while shopping online.

Spoke to customer service and they were not willing to go the extra mile to fix the problem. The only jersey I really wanted, so I canceled the order and requested a full refund. I was met with another email requesting an alternate because refunds were a pain and would take a month or longer. Again I refused and requested a full refund. The next email said the same thing but offered a "free gift for my trouble". In this time, unbenounced to me", my wife made a similar order. So I said cancel one or the other please. I was the told that the original order could be made. I reiterated to cancel one or the other and I would be fine with that, but if not I would accept 2 additional jerseys of my request as the "free gift". They responded with "jerseys are expensive, how about a beanie".

Had ordered from fanatics before for NFL march so expected same level of service. Ordered shirts for my kid's birthday in green as he has a St. Paddy's day birthday, well in advance. Order said it had been shipped, (after several days of waiting for order to be prepared). In fact it sat in their warehouse for approximately 12 days. Tracking shows that it didn't even start moving until actual st. Patrick's day. Great! Thanks. Why pay such expensive shipping and exchange rates a lot of good it did me.

It's a bunch of crap!
I got a sweatshirt and it is taking 2 weeks to deliver. Considering the high quality of the rest of the NHL product, it is disappointing that their merchandise distribution is crap.
Answer: Won't do you much good. I used email on the PayPal receipt twice - no response, and used the following one from the "Contact Us" page three times. Never a response Anna: jerseyservice@smailu.com PayPal receipt also showed name in Chinese characters and throughout the site you can tell that English is definitely a second language.
Answer: It takes them over a month to even ship orders. Highly suggest buying from Sportchek instead.
