I ordered two shirts for a hockey game and paid the extra $16.00 two day shipping didn't receive it until a week later. Spoke to customer service and they were not willing to go the extra mile to fix the problem. Basically told me sorry that your order won't get there in time for what you needed it for but you can return it. What is the point of having the shipping options to pay EXTRA to receive in a certain amount of time. NOR WERE THEY WILLING TO REFUND MY SHIPPING COSTS FOR MY INCONVIENCE! It took almost a whole month to get my refund back from the company after having to ask to speak to a manager who was NO help. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. Absolutely unbelievable.
