The customer service is almost non existent. Took me multiple times contacting them to get a response. Then when they finally sent me my jersey, i paid for expedited shipping and it took 2 months to receive the product. Once i had the product, it was sewn very poorly. Numbers on the sleeves were half sewn on, name tag on the back was sewn on crooked and there was a stain on the front logo. When asked what they could do about it, they said that i should keep it, because it would cost to much money to return it for a new one. Stay away from thr company and save your money for a better company.
They sent me the wrong jersey, and then the one I originally wanted was then out of stock. Where is the one I ordered? They made me pay to return THE WRONG jersey to them. After complaining, they told me to call a certain phone number so they could deal with the problem. I called 5 times in a month leaving my phone number and order number and I never heard back. I finally e-mailed customer service again and they gave me a measly $10 on my account. Worst experience ever, AVOID BUYING ANYTHING HERE
Ordered a Boston bruins jersey. Patrice Bergeron, winter classic jersey. The jersey arrived in a decent time but they didn't put the alternate captain badge on the chest. I called to see about getting it shipped to me and I would have it placed myself. The customer service agent proceeded to explain to me that they don't wear captain or alternate badges anymore. Completely ridiculous.
This organization has not figured out how to ship to Canada. My order was returned to the States twice. Shop local or from Canadian online retailers.

Wow is all I can say! I ordered a customised Pens hoodie for my husband's birthday which is 2 days before Christmas (ordered Dec 8) It arrived in a little over a week! Then my husband opened it and it was too big (I ordered the wrong size) Well spoke with customer service and while they couldn't take the hoodie back as it was customised they refunded me THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF THE HOODIE! No questions asked, cannot recommend NHLshop.com enough!
I ordered a black Tampa Bay Lightning jersey with the word "BOLTS" on the front and player name on the back in early November. Was to be a Christmas gift. Received it after Christmas and it was blue with a picture of a thunder bolt on the front which I already have! I fought with them via email because nobody ever answers the phone. You always get an answering machine because they are in China. They emailed me wanting to give me a $10.00 gift card! They finally sent me their mailing address and said they would refund full amount. Cost to send to China is more than I paid for the jersey! I told them I wanted them to send me a postage paid package. Have not heard from them since.

I had ordered a Austin Matthews jersey back in September as I planned to take my son to a Leafs game at the end of November. Well the jersey did not arrive before we had to leave for Toronto. I thought by ordering the jersey early I would have it in a reasonable amount of time. So when in Toronto I bought my son a jersey while at the ACC. A week after returning home the jersey arrived. So as these clowns have a return policy guaranteeing my refund in 10 days I sent the jersey back with tracking information. After two enquiries about the return they had the nuts to tell me that my order was a custom order and that they would give my 200 dollar plus jersey to charity. WTF? I paid good money for this jersey and they are simply writing it off. What a joke, they will not return my emails. They charged me in US funds and it was clearly marked in Canadian. This company is an absolute joke. I really think if there is this many pissed off customers we should contact CBC and ask them to contact this company about there terrible customer service and lack of respect for their customers.

You'll get dinged the exchange on your credit statement, customer service is clueless and not authorized to do anything helpful, and I ended up with a purchase from the NBAStore because of their incompetence (joint corparate warehouses). This is the worst company to deal with. Do not buy from them, you will be dissatisfied. They charge in USD even though their site purposely shows a canadian flag on the banner at the top of the website. They trick you on purpose and if you want to return, it will get to their warehouse but they say it cannot be found. I was scammed a total of 300 dollars for a hockey jersey, even though it said it would cost 184 after taxes. Do not trust this site. They also only have one agent working for customer service over the phone and will hold you on the phone for so long before you get to hear their poor excuses for how they messed up entirely. Terrible company. 0/10
Ordered a hoodie 2 weeks ago and told it was "guaranteed to arrive by 12/23." Fed Ex says it won't be delivered until the 27th at least. Customer service - which I waited for 30 minutes to talk to - says basically, "nothing we can do." I paid for 3 day shipping. Stay away from this crap company! Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Horrible, horrible company.

Ordered a custom Jersey for my son for Christmas on Nov 28, figuring that a month should be plenty of time to receive the package. Especially in 2016. Well obviously not. To this date, I have not received my package and have no idea where it is. No one will answer questions. On top of this just found out that the "Canadian" site I was shopping on charged me in US dollars. I overpaid by about 60 bucks for what I could have gotten locally. Ordered 2 products on November 30th, Delivery "attempted" Dec 6th by Landmark Global. Was home all day no delivery driver ever came by. No hub to pick up the order at and it is automatically returned to the U.S. Multiple calls to customer service, one agent promised a package with the same products be re-shipped which it never was. Will not receive the items in time for Xmas. Refund process will take 10 business days then another 2 to 10 business days to post in my account. Anxious to see if I will actually get a refund after all this. Currently on hold for over 15 mins waiting for an agent.

Never a response Anna: jerseyservice@smailu.com PayPal receipt also showed name in Chinese characters and throughout the site you can tell that English is definitely a second language.
Answer: It takes them over a month to even ship orders. Highly suggest buying from Sportchek instead.
