SCAMMERSSSS... I HATE THIS WEBSITE... THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE THAT YOU CALL ARE SO RUDE. IF YOU ORDER SOMETHING FROM THEM AND DECIDED TO RETURN THE ITEM THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU INFORMATION ON WHEN THEY WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY. ALL THEY WILL TELL YOU IS THAT THEY DON'T HAVE YOUR MONEY ANYMORE AND CALL YOUR BANK. I Called my bank and ask them about the refund and they said that the money was never refunded by SHOP.CA. Once again i called Shop.ca customer service all they told me is that " There's nothing that they can do for me because they don't have my money anymore" OMG... WHAT KIND OF ANSWER IS THAT? Now where's my money? It's been almost 3 weeks and I still didn't get my money back from them.

I ORDERED A BANDANA SHIRT FROM SHOP.CA ON JAN 20,2017 I HAVE BEEN MESSAGING A GIRL OLIVIA,. WHO HAS BEEN GREAT TILL I TOLD HER I WANT MY MONEY BACK CONSIDERING ITS MARCH 20,2017 AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY SHIRT,. THE SHIRT SAYS ITS IN TRANSIT AND TO BE DELIVERED FEB 28,2017! IM NO GENIUS BUT I THINK FEB, 28 2017 HAS LONG PAST! IM IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING LEGAL ATION!

I bought a pair of shoes from shop.ca recently. The delivery, return policy, customer service were all so annoying and disappointing that I won't shop at shop.ca anymore.

First of all, it took 14 days to deliver the shoes. After I found that they are small, I decided to change them for a bigger size. But, since I had bought them on sales, the customer service told me that you have to pay for the full price. After sending multiple emails and waiting for a week to hear back from them (I had to communicate through email since they never answer phone calls, it seems there is no actuall office or a person to answer the calls), the customer service finally accepted that I can change for a bigger size for the same price I bought the first pair.

Since the service was so frustrating, I decided to return the shoes and asked for refund. When I asked for refund, they first said that they will give me store credit, not any refund. Then again after multiple emails, they accepted to do the refund.

However, they never refunded the whole price I paid for the shoes. I used a coupon of $50 to buy the shoes, besides the money I paid by credit card. They refunded the money, but they did not return my coupon back (stores usually give store credit, when you return an item, for the coupon you use) and they said that your coupon is expired a couple of days ago.

The process of delivery and returne of these shoes took 40 days! With such a long delivery and frustrating return policy any coupon will expire for sure!

I saved so much money on this site. I basically got a PS4 with a game for $300 including tax. A Nexus 7 for 140 with tax and numerous ps4 titles for 24$. Be crazy not to use their site for deals

Got an email from Pay Pal about the a 50.00 credit when you make a purchase of 100.00 on shop.ca. You get a 25.00 credit from shop.ca on a 100.00 purchase and a 25.00 credit when your purchase is over75.00 from Paypal. I went on and ordered 2 items. It was very unclear as to what actually would appear on my visa. Took me a long while to search my acct. To actually see a final amt. Then 24 hrs later I get a letter advising me that my orders were cancelled with no explanation. I emailed them as I still saw the items on their site available and wanted a reason for the cancellation. No response. I was actually going to put another order for the same thinking there might have been an error in my original purchase and this total come out to be 5.00 more than my original transaction on shop, ca Questionable. No point enquiring because no one is going to reply to your requests. So much for shop.ca, will not be enticed to shop here again. Its too scary after seeing all the other reviews. Will see how long it takes to see the refunds on my visa.

Ordered two games on the 10th of November. They are usually $60 each PLUS tax and I got them for $75 with tax and shipping included. They arrived at my house on November 13th. Couldn't be happier.

There is a reason why there are so many negative reviews about Shop.ca, simply put, the customer service is beyond atrocious. I, like many others were lured in with deep discounts, free shipping and easy, free returns. But for myself, what started out easy, quickly turned into a nightmare. The item I purchased was unused by myself, still in original packaging, just had a change of heart. It happens. Their promise of easy returns put me at ease. Once you have contacted a rep with your request, they will send you an email with a prepaid label. I carefully packed everything up, pasted that label and off it went to the post office. This is where the easy part ends.

Because Shop.ca uses merchant partners and don't stock most, if any, of the items they sell, your return gets sent back to the vendor from where it came from. Herein lies the problem: depending on the item(s) you bought and how efficient that merchant partner is, you are in for a potentially long wait.

The "customer service" reps at Shop.ca essentially have no authority to make changes nor have any real information on the item(s) until the vendor approves the return or exchange. What little info they get, they pass to you. Only by being persistent with emails and phone calls will you get a result, as none of the 3 different reps I spoke to seem intent on resolving issues with any sort of urgency.

In the end, I received my refund, well past the advertised time frame and far from the "easy returns" I was led to believe. It could have stretched longer than that had I not insisted on my money back.

Bottom line, you will save with discounts and incentives, but hope you never have to use Shop.ca's "customer service".

I had hopes for this website when it first appeared. They offered a promo of $25 as a new member, plus another $25 if I wrote several reviews. Then PayPal offered another $25 off a purchase. You'd think with $75 off a $100 purchase, I'd be able to find SOMETHING that was worth buying, but every time I checked, either the prices were ridiculously higher than elsewhere, or the sale items were "out of stock". In fact pretty much everything that was reasonably priced was "out of stock". If the item ever showed up as back in stock, the price was magically much higher than it was advertised for when it was: out of stock". Just today I looked at their arts and crafts supplies section. They showed 50 items for $1 each, in some cases multiple units for $1 total. Not one of these items was "in stock" and no surprise, these were items which sell for considerably more than $1. One example was some epoxy cement which sells locally for $7 a tube. Their website had 6 sets of tubes for $1.00!

While looking around the site today, I decided to log into my account. The $25 credit I had received for all my reviews was gone. After reading the reviews here, I deleted all my reviews, cancelled my account and my subscription. While I ended up never ordering anything (and glad I didn't) after being enticed to this website too many times by false promises, and ads which played games with the truth, I'm glad to know the trouble I would have had, should I have ordered from them, even at a 75% discount.

I did read their policy page, which is very enlightening. They basically give themselves permission to take your credits away without notice on their whim, to cancel any order, and basically to twist their policies any way that is to their advantage. I don't think I have ever read a more one sided policy statement from a retailer. My suggestion is save yourself a lot of potential headaches, and keep away. There are many on line retailers which actually want to keep their customers.

If you buy something and want to send it back it will literally take you 10 emails and 5 phones calls to do. Then you'll wait for 2 months to get your money back.
NEVER SHOP HERE!

I was lied to and the return policy is way too complicated for me to even bother.
They had this allegedly good discount on a cable I needed for my computer to transfer stuff/data. I previously ordered the same kind of cable at a cheaper price ( 3 times lower than shop dot ca) After a while of waiting for my previous order from another website that never came I decided to order the same cable (different brand - so I thought) at Shop dot ca because it was on special claiming that the cable used to cost 75$ and was now at 25$. Since the previous website is from China and Shop dot ca from Canada, I jumped on the occasion to make sure I finally get the cable. 3 days after my order the cable came
( bravo that was fast) HOWEVER the cable came in a freaking Ziploc bag and the brand is a knockoff of the same cable I previously ordered for cheaper. There is no way in hell the cable from Shop dot ca cost 75$ NO WAY! 2 days after receiving their overpriced cable, I received the previous order from the previous website (china)... Not only was the cable 10$ (with shipping) it also came in his original package and the brand of the cable is actually the original brand NOT A KNOCKOFF!
What a shame! I overpaid for something not worth the price! Why lie about something. I knew the offer was too good to be true but god damned I was at least expecting another brand - not a knockoff and something actually worth 75$... its not even worth the almost 30$ (with tax) I paid!

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME!

This site is a complete scam! I ordered a camera at 30%off (website sale) on September 5th... after 6 e-mails, i finally got a reply - "Sorry, but the item you ordered is out of stock" as if that does me any good when I wanted the camera for my daughter's birthday pictures...
So I thought, oh well, tough luck... I'll try again... the second camera i ordered was on October 12th - at full price of course! After a ridiculous amount of phone messages left - yes, they don't answer the customer service phone, and too many e-mails, i finally get a reply saying "sorry, but the item you ordered is out of stock..." oh but i shouldn't worry, they were going to credit my account $20 for the gift card I was using (a gift card that was worth $30!) so now they're stealing from me as well?

I have since called and e-mailed and e-mailed and called - this time both Laura and Roxane... STILL NO ANSWERS!

Honestly, I could have easily gone to Best Buy and grabbed a camera off the shelf in September and saved myself the trouble of dealing with such dishonest, disrespectful people...

Please take my review as a warning directly from me to you...
