Debating notifiying my credit company to reverse the charges...order was placed Nov. 30...supposed to be shipped in 3 days...no shipping notification as of yet...card has been charged...cannot speak to anyone on the phone...automated email response says they will respond in 4 days?! 4 days to respond to a question or provide tracking details...really?!
