I stopped in the enola store to buy parts for my vehicle and the younger employee behind the counter was very rude to customers in line ahead of me, he also didnt really seem to have the energy or want to help with customers. He was also on his phone the entire time he was helping customers.
Right now one star is entirely to high for me to give them. Due to negligence behaviour from the commercial manger here in Huntsville Alabama( i think his name is Kelvin), I called this morning at 0930 hrs left voicemail, have not recieved a call back it now 1540hrs. My replacement transmission was suppose to arrive 2 weeks ago. I suppose to be working an event now, thanks to him that's missed money. Negligence is UNACCEPTABLE there is no excuse. There no excuse to why my first transmission didn't have a quality check performed on it!
I was at the store 5035 when I met Bradley he provided me with such great customer service that I believe he deserves a raise and a promotion he went above and beyond his means to provide great customer service to me and my family I am very grateful for him the following day I met a guy named Tommy Tommy also did the same The Vibes they provided were nothing less than exquisite. I believe they both deserve a raise. Please go visit Tommy and Bradley at the store location 5035 they will find the cheapest men's to help you with the greatest customer service you will experience.
I drove my now broke car to advanced to purchase new spark plugs, went in told the"dude" Year, make, model and engine size. He pulls up the different brands they have for my car, I make my selection he went and got the 6 spark plugs rang them up and I proceeded home to install them. I installed them not paying close attention due to you trust you have the correct part. Went to start my car it barely ran for 2 minutes misfiring like something horrible never heard of, upon dying it mad a god awful clanking. I was sold 4 spark plugs that does not fit my car and 2 that were and this is how the AWESOME SALES PERSON RANG THEM UP. 2 different parts. Car hasn't started since they tow it to their mechanic to do diagnostics to see what happened. Mechanic had car for 3 days I called to check what they found out,he wouldn't discuss anything but Im responsible for the $3,200 repair. So advanced says as well as the mechanic I can have nothing stating whats wrong with my car and they are not responsible. How would I or anyone pay $3,200 for repairs when I have not a clue as to what is or be paying for. Calling the corporate office is a waste of time they will close they claim or have the district manager contact you. I paid to have my car towed back to my house still broken with a $3,200 repair that I haven't a clue is.
This guy George I think is some kind of driver for Sandwich, Ma Advance auto is rude and confrontational and in my opinion should not be working with the public
I've been fixing up my 1987 dodge ram 50, the staff and products are always great, my truck is again running, thank you all again, I'll be back to shop
Going on 9 months and six different excuses. This rebate will NEVER be sent. Stay AWAY from ANY and EVERY product this sham sells. Read the reviews. Minus 9 stars!

What a horrific company advance Auto is terrible made in Mexico parts that fail and no support - the speed perk gimmick is just that- please have someone at the executive level contact me
I have been buying from this store for about 4 years now. I have ordered things from them online in the past. I like the selection of auto parts and equipment they have. I have gone into the store and bought rain gutters for my truck and a bug guard that was great. It stops all those nasty insects from flying into my windshield. It was no fun cleaning the flying creatures off of my truck. As a matter of fact it made me sick. I also just purchased new front and back brakes from them. I called several different places to price check before making a decision on who I was going to buy from. Advanced beat several other dealers in price. I have priced the oil here but Walmart beat there oil prices. I have also bought wiper blades, air fresheners and car waxes that were nice. Advanced auto has a large section of accessories for just about anything you need for repair and replacement parts. When I went to the store the employee's where knowledgeable and helpful. If they did not have the part in the store they ordered very quickly and then called me as soon as it was available for pick up. They even offered to send it to my house. I hope this site helps people who are trying to save on auto parts, they can be very expensive in some other stores. You may not be able to get everything here, but they have a lot of stock. I want to advance Auto parts in ShopRite plaza in Bristol Connecticut a young man named Robert helped me get the correct wiper blades and even offered to put them on for me he did a excellent job and was very careful and friendly and I will be going there from now on
I went in for a new battery and Frank was friendly and very helpful! He installed it for me and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this place.
Placed an order just to have it canceled 5 days later with no explanation - I called the store directly just to have the guy tell me it happens all the time "Sometimes the online store offers products we can't even get". Really?!
When I asked if he could just order it for me he said he couldn't even order it - Not that it was out of stock - It wasn't even available. WHY would you sell products you can't get?
SO I'm without the part I need and was expecting in a day or 2, have to get a refund and be back at square one.

Rude employee. Terrible service. Awful. Will call corporate to complain. Was at east Ridge road location in Irondequoit and will never set foot in that disgusting store again.
I had a failing battery in my Malibu and needed it replaced asap. After carefully reviewing my choice of stores I picked advanced auto parts despite their higher prices because they advertise that they test and install batteries. I went to the one in Dearborn, Michigan. They came out and tested my battery advising I would need a new one, but when I asked about the install the initial employee said she couldn't do it. I inquired if any other staff person could and she said she'd check. The guy she found looked at it and said he couldn't do it because it would take 45 minutes and that's too long. He said I could buy the battery there and referred me to a local mechanic for the install. I did not do that. Instead I went to Napa auto parts, which offered a better rated battery at a better price. I then watched a YouTube video on how to replace the battery myself and was able to do it in about 15 minutes. So much for the 45 minutes estimated by the worker at advanced auto parts. The take away here is that advanced auto parts does not actually perform the services they advertise and they employ people who can't be bothered to perform the functions of their job. I know for me I will never go back to advanced auto parts for anything. Ever. The lack of service I received has left a bad impression forever.
I needed a battery replacement. They checked my battery and then helped me get a new one and even put it in my car free of charge. Thanks Advance Auto!
I dropped my battery off this morning for a charge I come back later the same day to check to see how much a charge it has the regards at the Auto Advance parts in Kingsland Ga tell me they don't have the battery and no way to prove I drop it off I tell them to run the cameras back they tell me they have no camera unbelievable I want my battery thieves!
After a long while I was able to talk to someone that I thought was very helpful. Turned out to be blowing smoke up my a**. I stayed focused and relentless. Finally got my money back.
I ordered a torque converter and paid for it online. Then I went to the store to pick it up. When they gave it to me I looked it over and it wasn't the right one. They said Money would be put back on my card. 3 weeks later I call to check on my refund. I gave them the order #, date, and the amount. First I was told that order don't show up. I give my email. Then they said I never paid for it. I said I have the receipt. Then they ask if I have a bank statement. I said yes. Then they said I have to go back to the store to show proof. So I go to the store. The guy there said whoever I was talking to on the phone called them and said I have to come back on Monday. If there's nothing saying I paid for it how did the I talked on the phone know what store to call? Tell me to go there then tell them to send me back home. $300 I feel they are trying to steal from me. I have all the proof and they are acting like I'm in the wrong. What a way to treat their costumers
Bought an item with these guys for same day delivery important item couldn't head to the store at the moment so I ordered the part online for same day delivery the next day I reach out to advance auto parts only to tell me that the order is ready just needs a driver mind you I ordered this item the day before at 440 pm paying the after 5 o clock charge for delivery and nothing SMH shame on you guys
Do not allow online returns and the local reps will treat you like dirt when you try to return it locally. Online supervisors are rude and do not care about bad online reviews.
