Charged my card multiple times and I never purchased anything
ORDERED EARRING AND NEKLESS USING THE PINTS I HAD ACCUMULATED AND THEY WERE NOT SHIPPED. WHEN I CALLED THE PERSON WAS NOT HELPFULL AT ALL AND HONESTLY THE CLOTHNG SO FAR I ORDERD WAS NOT THE BEST QUALITY EFTER THE FIRST WAS THE METERAIL LOOK LIKE I HAVE HAD IT FOR YEARS. THE SHOES IS A HIT A MISE AND THE SIZE IS NOT ACCURATE I AM A SIZE 7 BUT SOME SHOES SOME PAIRS I HAVE BOUGHT ARE NO USE TO BE AS THEY ARE TOO BIG.

I ordered a pair of boots, and a couple of days later I received an email stating my order has shipped with an expected delivery date, well that day came and went with no delivery. Contacted shoe dazzle and was told it was running behind schedule because of the weather, (understandable). Another week passed with no delivery and no updates from shoe dazzle, so I contacted them only to find out that my boots were never shipped out to begin with because they had been out of stock all along for over a month. I asked why did I receive an email stating it had shipped, and why was I told it was delayed due to the weather? No one could answer my questions, and I was asked would I like a refund? I will never order from them again.

I ordered a pair of boots and even got them a size bigger than normal so whatever socks I'd wear would be comfortable with the boots. My right foot is slightly bigger than my left, so sometimes shoes will be tighter on it than my left foot. When I got the boots, I tried it on my right foot first since it's the one that is bigger. The boot fit perfectly and I had no issues with it. However, I put on the left boot and it didn't fit. It was extremely tight around my foot. It's like the boots were two different sizes, however, they were marked the same size. I sent them back and waited to receive my new pair. They told me I would receive an email when they shipped the new boots, however, I never received one. I had no clue when the boots would be coming which was annoying, but the new pair did fit. The shoes are not comfortable at all in my opinion. I have to put insoles in them to make them bearable to wear. The plus side is, they're cheap shoes so you can't really complain there.

I enjoyed my experience using Shoedazzle, it was a good resource to force me to spent money since I am trying to be more feminine. So the ease of access and browsing options kept me coming back especially since I had credits to spend anyway. I liked thinking about the look I wanted to go for and I appreciated some of their showcase suggestions. They have decent quality products but in the end the rate of return specific to price: quality was not enough to keep my VIP membership. The regular prices on a lot of the items are ridiculously high but I guess that's to make you feel like you got a deal when you pay $39.99 for a single item. I wonder if most of their business comes from the e-mail marketing they do for all the $5 to $20 deals they offer regularly. My main issue is that because of the VIP membership any deals they offer are voided. So it's basically set up where you can't use the $39.99 monthly credit for any of the sales. You pay the sale price with your own money or you pay the standard VIP price (usually conveniently priced around $39.99) in order to use the credit you already paid for to get the VIP membership. In the end, I just had to keep skipping months, use up the credits I had accumulated as quickly as possible and relinquish any store credit from returns in order to cut and run. I don't know if this model has since been changed but there were a few months I considered canceling the membership and just waiting for the sales.

I accidentally forgot to skip a month, which caused $39.95 to be deducted (part of the VIP membership terms). That was ok because i think of that as a "shoe piggy bank" for later. WEELLLLL, today i went to order some shoes because they were on sale for $20! When i tried to use that credit which has been sitting for a few months, i find out you lose the sale price... in addition to that, if the final price of the shoes is LESS than the $39.95 credit, too bad, their terms are "Each VIP Credit may be redeemed in its full amount only". This means, use it AND lose it i guess? My total was $32.95, that means I lose the $7 difference, it doesn't stay on my VIP account for another time. So lets see... they get $39.95 from me, restrict me from a sale price, and force me to spend at least ALL of the $39.95 on shoes that actually cost less. This is my penalty for giving them my business. PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU START SHOPPING WITH THIS COMPANY... they have some fun shoes and quality is pretty decent, but don't ever forget to skip a month or you are cheating yourself out of their sales, and are forcing yourself to buy shoes for $40+

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
