It's always a great experience shipping on shoedazzle and I tell my girlfriends to check it out. The favorites seem to have an issue. I can never see all the favorites i have selected. There isn't a "next page " option.
I received an email that my order was processed and on Its Way, April 1,2025. It is April 12 and the tracking says that the carrier has not even received it yet. That means just fab/shoe dazzle has not delivered it to the shipping carrier yet. It's been 12 days.
I was looking for a black blazer to match a pair of pants I purchased a couple of months ago. When I purchased the pants, the blazer was sold out. I just so happen to be on the site, and you had another black blazer, and I purchased it along with a peach one. I also got the matching peach pants. The pants and blazers are nicely made.
There was no email sent to me to tell me that the package was delivered. When I finally found out that it was delivered last Tuesday it was already gone my package was left outside it was probably stolen. Now I have no shoes and I'm short of 50 dollars 🙃

As A vip member I would expect to at least get my packages on time. Once I had to wait a month just to get a pair of shoes I ordered because someone didn't do the work on there end. This time my package has been just sitting a 1 location for 2 weeks. Now it's just becoming repetitive & the subscription doesn't seem worth it at this point. Highly disappointed.
It took te months to get my credits back on my account plus I had to call and divide receipts on items you already received. Poor or poor return policy

I received my package completely destroyed. I called to ask if they can replace it. They sent a return label but said they would not do a reship until the old was received. (Even though it was not even wearable!) I sent the item back over a week ago and the new shipment still says pending! I ordered green heels for St. Patrick's day and now it's almost April!
The style is exactly what I was looking for and I was relieved to find them in my size.
They arrived properly packaged in perfect condition. They fit and are comfortable. Customer service/ updates get 5 stars.
I have. Still not received my order. My order was returned for an exchange and it's over two weeks and I have still not received my package. I am unable to track my order and this is really a bad experience. I don't think I will buy or recommend this brand to anyone I know.

It's very convenient, no pressure or obligations. You can purchase at your time not on theirs. At any moths if you don't buy anything you skip with no pressure. They offer discounts, VIP points rewards! Been a member since I could remember won't go anywhere else!
I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised. Many faux leather items I own become uncomfortable in just minutes, but the red blazer I received is very comfy, stylish, and yes, breathes! Pairs beautifully with black boots or pumps.
My return was received by someone in their office and no one has notified me or put it on their site that it's been received. I want my refund. Couldn't even try on the boots because I could see that my leg wouldn't fit.
I had to wait 3 weeks after sending back to get refund and that included the week spent emailing back and forth with someone about my return, Happy returns is not so happy. So my refund should of been $21.47 which is what I paid and they only refunded $14.50, rip off.
I'm very pleased that a size 11 is indeed a true 11. My heels all look amazing and I am excited to order more once my budget has some extra I can shop with. The VIP pricing makes your shoes affordable. Thank you kindly, Veronique

The order process was easy. It's always easy to shop, sometimes hard to make decisions. 🤭
It's also great to be a VIP and receive rewards and perks. I love that we have a choice to get the credit each month or not.

I returned an item via Happy Returns. It took a month before I saw a credit on my account. This is unacceptable in my opinion. A return should take 7 days maximum especially after they have confirmation from Happy Returns that the item has been dropped off
Anytime I have had to call customer service I have been so impressed with them. They literally bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied. Not a bad word to say about this company and I love their shoes!
Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
