I know they charge your credit card on file, if you do not skip by the 6th of the month. Which is ridiculous. I was sick so I forgot. My credit card that is not on file was charged $49.99 later that month. I made a purchase and the item was on sale. I could not use my credit for the sale price, to get two items and pay the difference, which is ridiculous. I closed my account. The same experience happened with JustFab as well at the same time frame.
The quality of the boots are very cheaply made. They look nothing like the pictures and have the appearance of costume boots. I have been trying to return the boots and they are making it very difficult.

First of all, I didn't buy anything for $49. I want my money back. I don't understand how you guys can take money out of my account. And you have to give me my money back. I didn't buy anything, I didn't receive anything, because I didn't buy anything. I just want my money. You can't take money out of people's accounts when they don't buy anything.
Was told that they would only accept payment from credit cards, no debit cards. I paid for the shoes I wanted, and canceled the subscription and the email list, and they try to take $50 out of my account every week.
I ordered two pairs of boots back in January and when I got my package, there was only one box and it was a completely different boot. Customer service helped with returning the shoe to start the process of an exchange so I can get my correct order, because I wasn't going to get the correct shoes until I returned the wrong boots. About two weeks go by and I haven't heard anything back, but I know my return made it back to the warehouse with my tracking number. I had to call customer service once again to see when my order would be shipped, apparently no moves were being made. It was in the system as an exchange and they saw my package was returned to the warehouse. So they had to place another exchange in order for my correct boots to be sent to me and by the time I get the boots my state is getting warm weather and I can't wear them as much.
I have VIP credits that I paid over $45 for. Everything I find is $5-$10 and I have to use one credit. I have so many credits and I'm just ready to cancel because it's not worth it. When I do place an order, i still have to pay shipping and I waste even more money. Then I don't like the item and I have to return it. Gone downhill. Over it

I usually wear a 9, but I ordered 9 and 9.5. The 9 are entirely too small, and the 9.5 fits, but a little small on the toes. I kept the 9.5 and returned the 9. I would not recommend wearing them all day.
The shoes I order I hope they came in mullti colors. I enjoy wearing the heels they are very supportive. And will buy again.
I ordered a loafer, and due to sizing I needed to return them and exchange them for a different size. After sending back the original size, it took almost TWO MONTHS to get the different size shipped to me. Never again. Next time, I'll just return the shoe altogether.

I purchased my new shoes with the hope that they would look as good as the advertisement. Shoedazzle did not disappoint! They are as sharp and classy as shown and are very comfortable.
Placing the order was fine, but I didn't receive my package until almost a month later; I got an email saying it was delivered within a week, but there was no package at the time. I usually don't have this issue with ShoeDazzle, so I'm surprised, but I am pleased with what I ordered.
I have been trying to use my points because I was worried they would expire, I did not like the new adjustments that were made by Shoedazzel without my consent. I feel that their three majors changes is what made stop wanting to be a VIP member. Changes made that I was not ok was the price adjustments for monthly credits, the fact that you can't combine them together for a larger priced purchase and the fact that they expire where all a complete turn off, it's not what I signed up for and am disappointed since I lost lots of credit since I did not see anything that I like for the credits. I am very disappointed with this.

I had been looking for an affordable pair of black leather/leather looking high heeled knee-high boots for months. I tried every site, store, reseller and they were all either way too expensive or wouldn't fit my fat calf. I got the Monroe Over-the-Knee boots and I love them! They are over the knee (which is clearly stated in the product description) but they had everything else I wanted. They are beautiful and they fit my fat calfs really well! The stitching appears to be well done and the material doesn't feel like it will wear out within one or two wears; they have a rounded square toe, they are easy to do up, and the heel is a good height (tall but still walkable).
I also bought the Caroline Slingback Flats as a nicer spring shoe and they are so cute. As a neurodivergent person with sensory struggles, many shoes like this have uncomfortable seems/areas that attach (such as the sling part around the heel) that I find unbearable. These are really comfortable and are very smooth feeling inside; no area is pinching or rubbing me plus they look cute!
Both pairs of shoes came together in nice packages within 10 days. Over all I am really happy with both pairs of shoes.

I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
