I purchased these items, for red is my favorite color. I wanted them for Valentines Day, however, due to incorrect shipping to former address, I didn't get them & had to reorder them. I was not charged any additional money, which I'm grateful.
While I have been a member for several years, as the prices keep going up and the care of shipping has decreased using by cheaper boxes even shoe bags and the last few times I've gotten shipments, My boxes have been damaged. This is very annoying because I keep all of my shoes in their boxes because it's easier to store them as I have hundreds of pairs of shoes. I'm seriously over shopping here. The choices and quality of shoes is not even for me anymore. Canceling my membership. But thank you for the previous good years I had the pleasure of enjoying.

I received my package completely destroyed. I called to ask if they can replace it. They sent a return label but said they would not do a reship until the old was received. (Even though it was not even wearable!) I sent the item back over a week ago and the new shipment still says pending! I ordered green heels for St. Patrick's day and now it's almost April!
Tracking the boots was a disaster, but they finally arrived. The boc was in a rough shape, but the boots were okay. In fact, they are lovely, comfortable, and the size is a great fit!
I have. Still not received my order. My order was returned for an exchange and it's over two weeks and I have still not received my package. I am unable to track my order and this is really a bad experience. I don't think I will buy or recommend this brand to anyone I know.
I came back to Shoedazzle after almost 10 years of not using it. I saw some shoes via a Facebook ad I liked. I scrolled through the shoes for a while and I didn't see a lot of options like they had before. There aren't a lot of wide calf options either. I did manage to snag the Abbie Platform Slide and the Brooklyn Sneaker. The platform is my favorite so far, but happy with both pair.

I returned an item via Happy Returns. It took a month before I saw a credit on my account. This is unacceptable in my opinion. A return should take 7 days maximum especially after they have confirmation from Happy Returns that the item has been dropped off
I ordered three pair of shoes they all arrived no problem. They were too small so I exchanged them for a larger size and sent the three pair back through Happy Returns. Now my order is on hold and has been for days. I would like to receive my shoes in the correct size that I have already paid for and haven't.
My experience with Shoedazzle has been horrible, they are not in business for customers satisfaction or a win win, really bad business model for today's market, they goal is still money from customers in a sneaky way.
My order still has not even shipped.! It has a tracking number but it still says waiting to be picked up and I ordered the heels for an event

I was not informed there would be monthly fees. I had lost my job and saw an opportunity for $5 shoes for my kids for winter and hopped on it. Next thing I know a couple of weeks go by and I had $45 taken out of my account. Never again. I have cancelled everything and will not be back.
I placed an order with my vip credits. Received the wrong order. Returned the wrong order and had a representative place my order again only for them to cancel it after a month of waiting! So now i have to reorder everything and somethings they dont have anymore! After this im done with shoedazzle! It aint the 1st time they have screwed up. And their stuff aint the best quality either.
The almost is not with shoedazzle, it's with the delivery. Everything was on point items updates and delivery. Delivery was however made to the incorrect apt# where I, had to search the complete building before finding it on the top floor where I'm located on the ground level.
Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
