I initially was so excited to be a VIP member with perks and savings! However, the site often glitches, charging a monthly fee EVEN after "skipping" the monthly purchase.
I had ordered a pair of shoes that were too small, attempted to exchange them only to learn after a month of waiting for said shoes, a team member had cancelled the order return! Decided to try their clothing... not only did shopping take longer than the time it said it would, the jacket was THIN and had an awful cheap odor.
Cancelled the membership without regret!
My favorite place to buy shoes. And I received 50% off the entire order. That is a major discount esp with the amount of shoes I buy. I order size 11 and so far they have all fit perfectly. I have never had to return any. The shoes are so cute and all styles are available for ever person.

Up to now my experience with Shoe Dazzle has been positive.
A few times I have been a bit disappointed with the shoe quality, but I'm aware I can return the item if I so desire.
Sometimes that seems like more of a hassle though, as I believe I would be charged for the return shipping, so I opt out.

I was specifically looking for flats that would attach around me for dance class. Since getting them, after a whole incident of the first pair being stolen and showdazzle being nice and giving me a refund, I have gotten plenty of compliments! Even with the gold stars on them, they go well with a lot of outfits. The laces are a soft silk that don't hurt my legs. The flats themselves are actually a fuzzy material but it isn't easy to notice. Size fit is perfect. Would definitely recommend

The website was working quite well. The prices for the shoes where the best. Though, the Time frame to hold our cart was only 30 minutes which was annoying because, trying to find other shoes but also check out fast enough.

My shoes should've been $10 for the first time but I was charged regular price that's the only thing I love the boots I got though

The sales are great and customer service is extremely helpful, but the shipping is very slow. It can take over two weeks to receive a package. I'm also not a huge fan of FedEx and that's the shipping service you use.

F your consider ordering from shoedazzle and you live within the hawaii area be careful as good as there things sound when you go to check out it gives you shipping options what it lacks to inform you that it only applies to 48 states and when you receive an email with tracking number stating your package will be delivered on 11/5... ONE MONTH TO RECEIVE IT IN HAWAII HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT... so unless you dont mind 1 month wait then your all good other then that I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

I called into customer service to cancel my account and they stated that it's been canceled. I continued to receive emails so I called again to make sure it's been canceled, the representative assured me it has been canceled and that the emails are just promos. The following month I got billed for my account that was supposed to be canceled. Completely unacceptable.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
