Your prices are kind of expensive. I think the company could do with some variances in the price. I'm a lower middle class citizen and $40 is a lot for shoes when I could go to Ross or Burlington and get similar shoes for almost $20 less. I love Shoedazzle a big fan of sandles and boots, but the price is not always right.

My last order was quiet a few items and even though shipping had been extended due to extra precautions I got my order rather quick. The edges of the box were a bit damaged but everything inside had been wrapped and protected. And this is pretty much always the case but I love shoedazzle and it's always been really great with my orders

I'm very disappointed with this site and it's CustomerCare the whole experience was horrible a part from the site freezing and the pages not moving they failed to fulfill my order and I'm understand we are with a pandemic and everything changes but they must inform client they took that choice from me and I don't appreciate it very much I don't think I will continue business with them

I ordered one pair of shoes the heels are not sturdy, I purchased another pair and my order was canceled. I asked if I could use another card and the lady canceled my order I waited on shoes that never came and I wasnt told my order had canceled until I called.

The shoes were fine quality, but I cancelled my VIP account in January of 2018. I just went to my bank and they told me I've been charged $39.99 every single month since then. I cannot get ahold of anyone over the phone or the instant messaging, so I hope posting this can get someone's attention. Again. The shoes were fine, I just don't need to get so many and I would really appreciate help in terms of a refund.

Cancelled my service today 5/12/20. My card was charged on 5/6/20. I contacted customer service to request membership cancellation because i cannot afford for my card to get charged every month. I am aware of the skip the month service but i completely forgot to skip.

I signed up for the vip members and ordered my shoes and got the other for $10. As part of the deal. But when they arrived, one pair fit me too big even though they were the same size. So I asked for an exchange. They sent me the label, I returned it, and never got the shoes I sent back. So basically shoe dazzle hustled me cause I did not get what I was signing up for
My delivery was on time and my orders fits perfectly!
The heels that I purchased were fine (a bit too tall for me to actually walk in them), but I really wish there were way more options for heels/wedges that are 2 inches or less. I had surgery on my feet years ago and my toes can't handle anything more than 2 inches because of decreased range of motion. The only options available for that height are limited and not very stylish.

I like the site. It's hard to find where to skip the month however. I think it should be in a more user friendly place. Especially during these times I want to buy but need to save and can't wear my shoes anywhere.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
