I was fooled by the pay $10.00 on your first purchase. This not true and you are made to be VIP member which they tell you is free, but out of no where a $40 charge was made on my account without notifications or a receipt provided by. After I called I was told that there is a $40 fee to remain a VIP member.
My 6 & 8 year old daughters and I were watching tv & a shoedazzle commercial came on. I ended up having to change the channel because the commercial was so disgusting. At first, I thought it was one of those late night phone sex commercials. I don't know who thought it was a good idea to have a stripper dancing around in the commercial, but personally, I do not want my little girls to think that this is acceptable behavior & I do not want them to think that acting like a whore is cute. I am disgusted by this company, so much so, that I will be cancelling my subscription to fabkids that I have had for the past 3 1/2 years as soon as I get done writing this.

I placed an order on 11/09/2018 for 2 beautiful stylish coats. I assumed that if I purchase the 2 to 5 day shipping that it'll get to me no later than 11/16/2018. On Sunday 11/11/2018, I received an email saying that the order has been shipped. On Monday, 11/12/2018 I go back to see if it has moved... nothing... it still says the same thing and also on Tuesday and Wednesday. I called Shoedazzle on Wednesday, 11/14/2018 and spoke to a representative who said that there was nothing that they could do. They couldn't refund me my money until the coat delivered. Ok... you're delivering it to an empty apartment. I then spoke to a Supervisor who was willing to refund my money but maybe she was just saying that to shut me up. I didn't want the money I wanted the coats. She said that she'll expedite two more coats but that was a LIE! I then called today and no one was able to help me or offer some type of solution. Other than call the carrier and ask if they could reroute my package. At this point, I'm soooo disappointed in how Shoedazzle handle their customers. It's such a shame because I really like some of their things and those coats were nice as well. Oh well, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

My boots have been sitting in NC which is about 3 hrs from me, for 4 days and delivery doesn't show until friday of next week! Today is Saturday! Will never use them again!

I signed up just for some boots I really wanted. Got the boots cancelled the membership via live chat. 2 weeks later $40 comes out of my account and now I have to wait to get it back even though I cancelled my account! Of course there is no record of it! How convenient smfh. I even set an alarm on my phone to cancel in advance to be SURE they didn't take my money and of course they still did!

They send way too many emails so I usually do not open them so I did not. I am a new VIP member and I'm not used to canceling every month. I realized it after my account got charged and I got really mad. I figured I would cancel my account. I called to cancel and the person I was talking to kept trying to guilt trip me and talk me into not canceling. I was on the phone for over 7 minutes! I would not recommend anyone doing the VIP membership unless they plan to buy shoes all the time.

MGA BOBO! It took 10 days to ship my $#*!ing boots and got the WRONG SIZE AND WRONG COLOR, WILD CALF NOT REGULAR. RETURNED IT I called 2 weeks later BOBO customer representative said they just refunded. $#*!ing a whole month to process this $#*!. Pwe
This is the first review I've posted For any company I was a little worried because I see other people have had problems canceling their memberships, I guess shoe dazzle change that because I didn't have to do any kind of survey or anything I just called and canceled and I was happy with my boots I ordered. I bought one pair of shoes with an old card of mine back in august of 2018 and i loved them but then i got some unauthorized purchase charge of 39.95 taken out of my bank account and ive been waiting for someone to pick up on the "24/7" phone customer service line but AS SOON as it starts 1 ring it gets a crappy automated message and ive got the proof showing ive called 36 TIMES! NOONE will pick up on the internet version and im starting to believe that they are just the biggest sham ever! I EVEN GOT A NEW CARD and they i guess are linked through visa so that didnt even stop that, i had to contact my bank and tell them that this was such a bogus charge! Shouldve never gone with that hour deal woth 10 dollar shoes... total scam i say!

I paid for a rush shipping of 1-2 days. I called after I got an email stating it was being processed AFTER I paid my $17.95 at that time I called and the representative assured me I'd get my products on Friday! Well I got nothing and was told it wouldn't be here until Monday. They refused to refund my 17.95. It's a FALSE REPRESENTATION of paying for 1-2 day shipping just to get your money. DONT FALL FOR IT! I have CANCELED my membership after having it for 5 years they have changed for the BAD

I placed my order over over a week and a half ago and still nothing. They keep sending me emails saying the order shipped and they never shipped it. I called and they keep blaming FedEx. This is not the problem they are. I will never ever order from them again. Ive been ordering from shoedazzle almost 6 yrs when i 1st start ordering they wasn't charging shipping fees then after maybe 2 yrs after my membership they start charging 4.95 shipping if its less then 39.95 now i go on today they started taxing which something i have never did so now im going to cancel my membership

You will never get a shoe that fits because they are cheap knock offs that look like they come from alibaba or wish. They will cancel your returns for too many exchanges even though there site guarantees you can exchange if they don't fit. When you try to exchange they will say the shoe is sold out and pick another style then flag your account for fraud for returning shoes for different styles. Three months later and two trips to the post office I still don't have a shoe that fits and they have the nerve to try and charge restocking and shipping. Supper frustrated at the hours wasted from my life and I have not a single shoe to show for it.

I'm a new Shoe Dazzle customer. I had placed an order of clothes and shoes 4 days ago. I was told my order would be processed in 1-3 days. I called customer service on the 4th day to request tracking. I was told my product wasn't shipping for another 2 days. The CSR said their warehouse was behind and told me they could not expedite my order. But, if I wanted I could cancel the current order and start a new order with expedited shipping. Even then, the new order wasn't guaranteed to ship to me in time. I ordered these clothes to go on a trip, thinking 10 days to get my product was plenty of time. Guess not. Lead times on their website and confirmation emails are not the same lead times I was just told by their CSR by telephone. Customer service is a joke. The CSR repeated herself over and over and was not willing to help make sure I was satisfied with this order and the delivery time. I ended up cancelling my membership. I haven't even received the product to review. As it stands, I do not recommend Shoe Dazzle.
Wish I would have seen all these reviews prior to placing my order.

I paid for express 1-2 business day shipping for extra 17.95 and it won't BV e to me until 4 business days. I called customer service 3 times and they weren't willing to refund me. I told them that I signed up for tracking and I received messages that it would be here by Saturday. Then I get another message that it won't be here till Tuesday. Come on. I have proof and they still won't refund me.The customer service agents were all polite though. Don't do it!

I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed. I never got a pair of boots that fit right. My size 6 1/2 always out of stock. Leaving me with poor choices. Defective zippers, sown wrong, wrinkles on one boot. Calfs too small or too tight for my regular american calf. Customer service hanging up on me not wanting to deal with my problem. Non-fluent English speaking representatives. In 9ther words I never got my 2018 boots and no refund in 3months now after numerous phone calls that it's in process and coming.

Stay away! I ordered one pair of cheaply made pair of shoes, they set it up in a way that I did realized I joined their membership program, which my credit was charged $39.95 every month without me knowing it. When I returned the shoes which I could not even wear because one of the toe loop and the sandal was too small for my big toe to go through, they charged me a restocking fee. When I called to cancel my membership, they said they will give me a $10 credit to refer a friend! Which part did they not understand that their company SUCKS! I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
I places an order last week amd the shoes were send to me $14.00. I received the shoes on 9/25/18 to MY HOME. Now, today I placed and order for 8 pairs of boots using my VIP totaling $299... It wouldn't go through. I called my bank amd they said Shoedazzle teies rinning my dame credit card 20 times! So my bank blocked my card. Shoedazzle claims that there is a problem with my address and that I was under quarantine! I AM CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU because the manager ar shoedazzle I spoke to stated that they didn't run my card 20. My bank qouldn't lie to me.
Also I have the pair of shoes that I ordered and PAID for coming back which suppose to be 6 1/2. I took the size 6 back the post office yesterday to send to Showdazzle. If I don't receive those shoes back that I PAID for I will sue them. You try to be a good. Customer to this shady business and they do this too you!

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
