I paid for express 1-2 business day shipping for extra 17.95 and it won't BV e to me until 4 business days. I called customer service 3 times and they weren't willing to refund me. I told them that I signed up for tracking and I received messages that it would be here by Saturday. Then I get another message that it won't be here till Tuesday. Come on. I have proof and they still won't refund me.The customer service agents were all polite though. Don't do it!
