Order#E*******. I returned items due to poor quality and 2X smaller. No returned emails, no refund, no voicemails answered from *******616. It was a waste of money and time and effort. DON'T DO IT!
I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed. I never got a pair of boots that fit right. My size 6 1/2 always out of stock. Leaving me with poor choices. Defective zippers, sown wrong, wrinkles on one boot. Calfs too small or too tight for my regular american calf. Customer service hanging up on me not wanting to deal with my problem. Non-fluent English speaking representatives. In 9ther words I never got my 2018 boots and no refund in 3months now after numerous phone calls that it's in process and coming.
