Berrylook.com are thieves and liars. They say they will send your items then they take forever to get it to you, then they send the wrong item and size. They want to give you very little money back and then they say if we will take very little money they will let you keep the item and its not even the right item or size who would want to do that. They just want to steal your money please do not order from them because you will not get what you want and please block them from your sites.

I returned the merchandise I bought from them because it didn't fit. I sent the tracking information and sent numerous emails. No response from them.

I ordered a winter white coat. The material is of very poor quality. Of course, the price should have been my warning. I ordered only one item because I was concerned about the quality of the item at that price point. I would like to return the item. However, there are no return instructions included in the package, so I've reached out to the company by email. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company.

They won't comply with refunds at all spent $300+ on 5x clothing for a friend and these were equal to a size small in regular clothing. I wear an Xlg and they were half of one of my shirts. Returned all! Refused refunds. Coming from China. Credit card company cant do anything.

I ordered a few things for myself and my daughter. Two jackets for her and a blouse and dress for myself. My daughter normally wears a small or medium and I wear a 1x. I ordered larger on both items (as I do that often for the "just in case"). Her 2 jackets were very small. On one the sleeves were so short, they wouldn't even fit my 10 year niece. The blouse and dress I ordered for myself were given to my daughter. I could not even get them on my arms. I misread somewhere thinking it was an American company and it is not. I believe they are our of Hong Kong. Just beware what you order. I cannot get anywhere on trying to do a return so I just lost on over $100. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

This company is a scam! I order a jacket n its beyond horrible. Its nothing like the picture. Its so poorly made, i have no words how bad. I would never order again! Still waitng for a reply for my money back & nothing. Stay away! Wish I could give it a 0 and not a 1

I sure learn my lesson with this place, now everytime I want to buy something from a new place I go for the reviews. I've been waiting for this since November of 2019.

Everything you get from them not only takes forever to get to you, but NONE of it is what they show advertised. NONE.
The green peacoat looking jacket, it's like a piece of fabric barely sewn but with a couple added buttons.
There's not even lining in it like their picture.
The cute shoes with the tassels on the side, the soles are completely different and again the fabric to these shoes are cheap! Nothing like their picture.
I ordered a small hoodie, I got a gigantic sweater with a zipper and not even close to the design I picked.
The socks were poorly made and were way too small.
Wasted money. Terrible products.

Don't buy anything from this website! All products come from China thrown into a plastic bag. The coat is bunched up and all wrinkled. The clothes smell horrible when you open the bag. Poor quality material and you can't get your arm in the sleeve. Looks nothing like the pictures shown on the website. The transactions are processed in London but all products come from China which takes about a month to receive. By the way they charge high shipping charges. Return policy is awful. You have to send pictures to the company in order to be approved for returns. You then pay high shipping fee to have it shipped back to China. I just donated my coat to charity instead of going through the hassle of returning which is what they want in order to keep your money. Hopefully someone else can wear it. Never again buy anything directly from China and this company. It is a scam when you see the website is from London but then everything comes from China. I got what I paid for, an unwearable cheap wrinkled coat! Such a mistake for a Christmas present. Never again!

Their website says that they accept returns, but they don't.
I wrote 4 emails asking for their address to return the goods. They either ignored my emails or refused to supply the return address. Then when the 30 day period clicked over, they said that they would not accept the return anyway. All of my emails asking for the return address were sent within the 30 day warranty period. How could I return the goods if they won't supply a return address?
This practice demonstrates their blatant disregard for NZ law.

I ordered an adult medium red coat with a black faux fur collar. It just arrived. The sleeves are too short and too tight, especially under the arms. There are strings hanging off the bottom. The collar is uneven. The waist tie has only one loop, in the back, so if the coat is not tied, it hangs way down. It looks cheap and amateur. This is my lesson learned to always check reviews before I order online.

I ordered a winter coat and it arrived much later than the expected date. It was wrong color and obviously made in a sweat shop in China because of such poor quality. I tried to make contact to see how to return it, left a message and was never contacted back. I regret not reading reviews first and warn y'all to not make the same mistake. So ultimately I am out $60 and can only donate this jacket to charity.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! OR CHICME. I placed my order with Berrylook on September 23rd, 2022. I didn't receive it until November 18th after demanding a full refund as I ordered it for a trip I took at the end of the October. The company responded to all my emails up until November 18th when I said I was going to send the entire order back for a full refund. Not only was it all garbage (not that I expected much given the price) but the jacket was completely torn and the sweaters were already falling apart without ever even being taken out of the packages! I've been emailing them nonstop and now they, of course, won't respond to a single message! ChicMe did the same thing to me too!

Bought ten items from berrylook & none of them were the same as what supposedly posted on their site. The qualities of the clothes are so cheap & didn't even bother to try it on. I can't even call them because their phone number is not even working. All of the clothes came from China, I have to ship it back and that cost me $95.00. Don't waste your money. If I could give them zero star, I definitely would.

I brought 3 coats in size 3x none of them fit! I wear a 1x so I am stuck with because they cost too to send back! They came to 129.00 and 60.00 to send back! Will have to sale them to friends! Not good quality

Surprise at how someone could give this sort of fabrics, fitting, and sewing up to 2 star. The worst is labeling and selling petite size as XL. No way to return once you receive the junk and no refund. Seller is in China!

I rarely write reviews, and this is not one either. This is a warning. Berrylook charged me for 5 blouses, and I only ordered 2. They never properly responded to this error. I sent the blouses back and never received a refund. I must mention the blouses they sent was not what I ordered. In addition, when I made the initial purchase, I took a screenshot of my items in the cart, which amounted to about $53.00 somehow they charged my debit card $100.00. I have never experienced anything like this as a consumer. DO NOT ORDER FROM BERRYLOOK. The items on their website are deceptive, and the Company as legit as it appears is operating under a false pretense.

I was super excited to shop from this store. They seemed to have beautiful and fashionable items. I have been shopping with Shein and Aliexpress and I have been very happy with my experience with them. But BERRYLOOK?! Terrible!

Don't buy from them! Stay away. They will send you wrong color or items but when you request for return or exchange. You are going to wait forever. They will never respond to you. They are scammer! They just want you to buy from them and not extend any sort of customer service after. They claim in their site for an Exchange/Return Policy. Well, guess what that completely B S!
Don't bother there are so many legitimate and honest shopping sites that carry same products like them. Look around!

Do not order from BERRYLOOK. The items you receive look absolutely nothing like the photos, they are poor quality knock offs from stolen photos. The sizes are not accurate and getting a refund is extremely difficult. I got nowhere with my refund until I threatened to contact PayPal. Then they refunded me.
