Took a long time to receive. All items were at least 3 sizes to small even after I ordered using their sizing chart. Paper is heavier than the fabric they used! Items look nothing like what was pictured. I spent $70. Regret it! See pic you can see my fingers they the fabric
So I waited two months for what was described as a wool winter coat for my daughter. The material is terrible and looks like something for a show or trick or treat. Save your money because the first thing my 15 year old said was. I will dress up like the little prince with that jacket. Yes it is a jacket, I honestly could have found her something better at a second hand store. That age old saying. If it seems to good to be true. It is. Don't buy clothes online unless you know the brand, and the quality. I am probably donating this to the local theater company, who just happens to be running the show the Little Prince.

Ordered 2 XL tops; they are so small that will not fit a normal 9-year-old. Now to try figure out the policy to return and get a refund I searched for the customer service number and finally found one in google about their customer service number which is +1/607/214/3005 after calling that number one of their representative answered the call, he guided me some steps and after waiting for 20 mins I got my refund.at first I thought whether they will really help me or it's a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them

'Buyer beware' certainly applies here. The pretty, simple looking coat advertised finally arrived.It did not resemble the advertised product. Think of a piece of nylon, scrap, pink material, now sew the edges, hey presto! Apparently that's a chic coat. My photo makes it look way better than it is! It feels like a dog vest. It is a ridiculous idea that anyone would wear this (except a kid playing dress-ups). Of course that's the risk when buying online - there are better online clothing stores around. Well done China - you got my $45.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this shop. I've ordered a dress and paid for a delivery within 14 days and received it only in 1,5 month. The dress is completely different from the one I've ordered(please see attached the details), the quality is very poor, the fabric is chip, even the color is not that black :( I've contacted their support but never received any reply from them. I strongly do NOT recommend these guys.

The items they sell on this website are complete garbage, it looks like its made from recycled materials, these are cheap items that come from overseas, the product itself is made with the worst fabric every made its an ugly shiny fabric that feels worse than a garbage bag, the sizing is completely off and you to received your trash by mail it takes them over a month. These products don't even qualify for the Dollar store.

Feels like polyester, and I'll probably never wear it. No response to my emails (sent to the company).
I ordered five pairs of shoes of the same making but in different colors. All five pair are poorly made. They're not suitable to put on my pet. I could break my ankles if I try walking in these shoes. Just horrible! I tried to do a return but they do not allow you to get pass the security question and that's highly ridiculous! I should have read the reviews before I ordered these shoes. I want my money back ASAP! They were sent in one bag no boxes.

Bought a few items here.One was a long trench coat. When I received it I thought it was a joke.The material is like scrubs at a hospital.The length was no where near a trench coat would be.And the sleeves are so short.And on top of that it came torn. Contacted business and after sending a picture they come back and give me a return address I can send it back at my expense and then after they examine it they will decide about a refund.If you want good customer service and quality clothing pass this shop by. Their clothing looks attractive online. The sizes are much smaller than American sizes, so beware! I did not keep any of the several pieces I purchased so I don't know how it holds up in the laundry. I wished I would've seen this page before I ordered. I received half my order and it was wrong. Like others, nothing looked like the online photos. I was trying to find the return policy and return address but neither exists. Looking at all of the negative reviews, I see I can't expect any justice but I don't understand how this company is able to do business in this country. It's appalling!
They advertised the dress as cotton/linen and in the photo it certainly looked like it was. After chasing my order for three months what was eventually sent was a horrible flimsy dress that was badly made and looked more like a nightie (see photo). They are now wanting me to pay to return it which I am obviously not going to do (and they know that). Do not buy anything from this company. They are taking your money under false pretences. Lesson learnt.

I was shopping on the JCPenney website and somehow ended up on the BerryLook site. I ordered 2 blouses and paid extra for expedited shipping which was advertised to be 5-7 days. I did not realize until after the purchase that the company was based in China. After about a month, nothing arrived despite 2 emails to their service department. They just kept sending a bogus tracking report from a foreign shipping company that showed the package had been sitting in my local post office a few days after I ordered it - obvious untrue. I submitted a complaint through my credit card company and after 57 days I something that looked vaguely like the photo of one of the blouses I ordered but the print was not the same. I never received the second blouse and finally gave up.
I purchased over $200.00 on Berrylook. Waited months before receiving items. Items were poor quality and did not fit. Berrylook said they would accept returns. I paid an additional $60.00 to return the items and Berrylook never picked up the returned items nor refunded my money. They had no intention of picking up the items nor returning the money. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, it is like throwing you money in the toilet. BEWARE!
I bought two dresses for my wife, the two items received with large stains and bad smells, nothing looks like photos, they are a second factory items that can't be sale anywhere. Definitely will apply for the dispute process with PayPal and happy to send back the items to sender, so be careful and don't deal with this company.
