I have never had a problem until now. I placed 2 orders. One on November 29 and one on December 11. I have not received them yet. I have called Shoedazzle and FedEx and no one seems to know anything. There are Christmas presents in them.

Shipping was great, products was good quality and look as advertised. The only issue is the unfairness of the products price converting from Canadian to US $$$ for Canadian shoppers, resulting into a big difference in final payment total.

Each customer service representative that I have spoken with has been immensely helpful and kind.
I am in love with all of my ShoeDazzle pair of shoes. They run true to size and the material is not stiff, the inner sole mostly are very comfortable. I always get so many compliments when I wear any of them (specially the booties). I'll definitely always buy more.

Ordered 3 pairs of boots & while I love one pair the other 2 pairs are to small which totally sucks as I generally wear a size 10 but these boots just do not fit as I cannot zip them closed...

I hate that I don't get the VIP price when I am a VIP member. What's the use of a membership if you don't have perks. Other than that, the boots I purchased were nice.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
