Considering my current situation, shoedazzle has made it a little less difficult. I was able to purchase needed items at a very low price. I didn't even have a coat for winter. Now, I can layer the items I purchased to stay warm and not have to wear the same thing every day. Let's just say these prices were even better than Goodwill. I can not say anything negative about this company. It pays off to be a vip member

I like the company. The associates are very customer friendly. They do have a pretty good selection of products. And the company is reputable. I only wish they had more variety, broader sizes, and you didn't have to get on each month to skip, if not wanting to get something, being charged. Other than that good review from me. Note: I only give 4 star reviews cause there is always room for improvement.

I've always had a positive experience with ShoeDazzle. From getting my items to having to return items (only because I bought the wrong size). The only thing I wish is that VIP members could have access to faster shipping without having to pay $15 for it!

It's nice to be able to buy shoes without having to get our of your jammies lol great selection and definitely has something for everyone. The quality is pretty decent the only problem I've had is not being able to try them on which for the most part hasn't been an issue since the sizes are very true. But I have purchased a couple of pairs that were a little narrow for me but it's to be expected considering the circumstances of which I'm purchasing these lol

I'm so excited to have found shoedazzle, I wear a size 12 and it's very hard for me to find shoes in my size. Shoesdazzle has all the latest fashions and styles in my size. When you place an order it seems like the shoes come the next day. Everything is high quality at a cheap rate which makes my experience with Shoedazzle beautiful and makes me very Happy.

Love the boots came sooner than expected. The faux black suede rubbed on clothes but easily washed off. Ordered two other boots again. Especially warm during the cold weather

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
