Been a VIP for years no problems. This time terrible! Still waiting on Christmas presents waiting on 2 boxes that I ordered the beginning of December.
Tip for consumers:
Shoedazzle has always.been great. Love the clearance. I’m sure this is just a hiccup…a big hiccup.

January 6 and still waiting.
I have never had a problem until now. I placed 2 orders. One on November 29 and one on December 11. I have not received them yet. I have called Shoedazzle and FedEx and no one seems to know anything. There are Christmas presents in them.
Was easy to look for something I knew nothing about for a gift for my man.
