In 2022 they keep selling products they don't have in stock.
The customer service in nearly non existent with days or weeks before responses.
They try to send you alternative products, since they already have your money.
Then in the end they ship the wrong product anyways amd refuse to correct their mistakes by going into hiding again.
I have waited 1 month and a half before delivery.

They advertise products they don't have or won't send but they keep your money.
I ordered, they confirmed, sent me a tracking number, waited and waited but never arrived. I contacted them and was told sorry it's not in stock. I asked why they are still advertising as in stock, no answer. Asked for refund, yet said sure you will have it by end of week. No refund arrived. Now they don't answer emails or phone calls.
I ordered an harness and they ship me a wrong item ( wet shoes value less than 15$) and I never received the harness. Despite several mail or call I was not able to reach them, they do not have any after sales service or customer service. Do not trust them, very disappointed
Huge stock, and great prices. Items aren't always in stock, and this means delivery times (and occasionally reply times) can be slow.
But this is NOT a scam like some impatient people claim, it's just a busy store that's run by a small team :)
It's a scam, please don't be fooled by their low prices. They took my money, told me the item wasn't in stock and then stopped replying. I have no way to get my money back as I paid by bank transfer :(
This online shop is a trap. We have to involve a lawyer to get our money back. We ordered a sup, they received our money and they have not delivered anything since the last 3 weeks, no phone call, no email answers.
Payd for a travel bag, in two weeks they did not even dispached the product to UPS, after a claim to pay-pal and a comment left on their fb page they delivered another bag which they did not bother to change it.
I'll loose 143 if I'll not sell the bag...
Been a VIP for years no problems. This time terrible! Still waiting on Christmas presents waiting on 2 boxes that I ordered the beginning of December.

90% of what they display on their website is not in stock. They cannot manage orders. Their communication is totally inexistant
Typical course of action (happened to me):
1- You order and pay.
2- Two days later you receive an order confirmation, telling you that item will be shipped in the next 1-4 days.
3- One week later you receive an email, telling you that your item is not in stock and needs to be ordered.
4- Months pass and no answer, and of course they keep the money, no way to get it back.
They have nothing, as positioned on web page. So, do not freeze your money, better pay slightly more but with proper delivery in time and gear you are looking for.
This shop is a trap!
I placed the order, pay the money, no sending, no phone answer, no mail answer. They dont give a crapp about the customers.
