I echo what the majority have said on here. £130 for a dress that is nothing like the one we ordered... it is hideous! My daughter checked their returns policy before ordering as was told she could return it if it wasnt right. She has sent many emails, to be told take it for alterations and they'll pay the cost, order another one from them (really?) and finally keep the dress and accept 10% refund... wth
How on earth do we send this monstrosity back, which will incur more charges, and get our money back?

I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago.It came 2 days ago. I was in tears. I spent £149.99 as I requested for a custom made dress.The material and whole dress was nothing like what was on the website(cheap, did not fit me, not well made, embroidery instead of beads as on website and ugly). My first instinct was to throw it in the bin. I am in so much distress as I ordered it for my birthday. I contacted the site to ask for an address to return the dress and a refund. They offered that I chose another dress from the website-Am I mad? Why would I put my self through such an ordeal again? They told me they can only return 10% as they had incurred cost. Their contact number also goes to voicemail anytime called. This company seems to be based in China and not UK(from information on the postage materials). STAY AWAY! Unless you have money to waste.

I orderd a pink dress for my daughter prom off this site pic looked great when it arrived it was a nightmare off a dress plus it didn't fit a contacted shillas and it was a lady Linda who returned wait there wasn't anything wrong with the dress I showed her the pic off the 1 that I orderd and the 1 that came and her reply was a cant see anything wrong way it aye right a asked for a return and basically got told no that a could get 10 percent off if I order again a would advice every person never to order a dress from here u don't get what u see plus the coustomer service people are a joke there rip off stay away at all cost

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I TOOK THE RISK AS THERE WERE SOME GOOD REVIEWS. COST ME £130. I KNOW HAVE UNDER 4 WEEKS TO REPLACE MY DAUGHTERS ROM DRESS. MEANWHILE THEY ARE REFUSING TO HELP, REFUSING THEY ARE CON ARTISTS, AND HAVE OFFERED ME 10% OFF MY NEXT ORDER. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I ORDERED A SIZE 8 DRESS. IT TURNED UP CHEAP AND NASTY, FALLING APART AND IN A SIZE 4-6. THEN ASKED FOR PHOTOS OF PROOF THAT THE DRESS IS TERRIBLE AND NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I SENT PHOTOS, NOT GOOD ENOUGH, THEY WANTED PHOTOS OF MY DAUGHTER WEARING THE DRESS. I ORDERED SIZE 8 BECAUSE SHE IS SIZE 8... NOT 4 NOT 6. ITS A FITTED DRESS SO IT WOULD GO PASS HIPS UNLESS WE BREAK THE ZIP. I AM TRULY DISGUSTED.

Firstly they have nothing to do with the U. K. Despite what it says. This means no trading standards can help you when you make a complaint. You may receive your item but you WILL want to send it back to which they will only answer you if persistent and again only give you a £9 discount on next purchase. They don't speak good English as from Singapore if manage to get hold of them. So again please be warned as you will never get your money back!

Please please do not buy from these people, they rip you off from the start. I ordered a pearl pink dress for my daughters prom. It arrived a week late, was the wrong colour, sequins were hanging off the gems were big tacky plastic things all hanging off, it was one size on the top and big at the bottom and the zip wouldn't do up. Nothing like the advertised picture. It also comes from China not the uk as advertised.
I contacted them asking for a refund as the website offers but kept being asked for photos. I sent photos they wanted more this went on for two weeks daily emails and they still wouldn't give a return address or refund me. They said they will make a new one with 10% discount. Not a chance would I have this! I have now been to trading standards and thankfully I paid with credit card so my bank have refunded me and have claimed it back from them. They need to be made to stop advertising as it's just a scam..

I cannot believe that I did not read the reviews on this company before buying. I ordered my niece a dress for her Debs and when it arrived the bottom was a possible size 6 and the top of the dress was no less than a size 12, all of the sequins were falling off and the colour should have been gold but looked like a dirty yellow. We took it to a tailor to see if it could be amended but she recommended right away to return it. I have now been trying to get a refund for the past three weeks only to keep getting the same reply " We can offer you 10%! I have never been so angry as after reading all of the reviews this company is obviously a scam. I will not be dropping my case with them until I receive 100% of the cost of the dress. I am also going to flood social media to warn of these con artists and I would encourage you all to do the same thing and stop this scam from happening to others

Ordered the dress. It came. Was very disappointed with the material. Was covered in strands of glue. Have been trying to return the dress for 3 weeks now They just keep making up excuses. And asking me for pictures. They clearly don't want to refund the money. They say in there returns policy. Customer friendly returns policy. That's an absolute joke. If you want a dress that looks like it's made of create paper and was put together with a glue gun. Then this is the site for you. Cheap crap. And after sales team need a good slap round the face.
