It's the same company. I ordered a dress in February and cancelled it when I realised it had to come from Hong Kong and I needed it in a hurry. They took the money for the dress and as of today 20/03/2016 they have not refunded it despite having sent several emails confirming they would. They keep telling me the finance department are dealing with it and any emails are being forwarded to them. I've handed all the information over to my credit card company. I would advise you to stay well clear of this company.

Yes but it changes, when I bought my dress in Feb it was shilla. Might as well have thrown my £120 out the window! I'm not joking it looked like someone had just tacked it together with half inch stitches I was heartbroken! Please stay away. The good write ups on their site are false

Shillas is the same company.If the company was previously sued I think they should be sued again as they are breaching the contract and not in compliance with the consumer rights.It is quite sad that this kind of the company can keep online business which is just ripping off customers and no investigation has been taken so far.Im trying to alert some institutions as I strongly believe there should be a proper investigation into the business practises of this company.

Further example of the type of company. Take people as fools, get found out and change. Great business model, it's just a shame there re enough alleged good reviews to fool more unknowing innocent people.
