On receiving my dress which was not at all what it looked like on the website (looked like a 5 year old had made it) I tried to ask for a refund, after going back and forth several times they claim that the best they can do is a 8% refund which is completely disgraceful as I paid over £100 for the dress and was even going to receive a tenner back from the horrible dress. I am now stuck with nothing to do with it as it was not worth the shipping cost sending back. I would not use this website again and discourage anyone else from buying from the money grabbing $#*!e show they are running.
Don't buy from this company they basically lie every thing they write about refund and there policy is crap! And they don't care about people being coned out of 140 pound! Disgraceful I would never entertain this site again I've lost 140 pound down the drain as they took money out of my account after saying payment hadn't gone through days later! N by that time I had ordered another dress with no problem on a different site! I explain all b they said we will cancel it with a 70 percent charge!

Ordered prom dress for my daughter and it was surpose to be made to measure but it to small. Asked for a refund only to be told they don't do refunds and offer me £12 to get it sorted somewhere local. Also the first order did not go through right so do it again only to find that I ended up paying for 2 dresses. Emailed them to cancelled which they did and said they would give a full refund. Afer 3 week s of waiting I got in touch with my bank and the set a dispute case on it and witching a week bank gave me 1 lot of money back but I am waiting to hear if I have a case with the dress I received that was not fit for purpose so may get a refund on that as well.
I sent Shillas a photo of a dress I wanted. It was perfectly made and also lined. It also arrived 3 weeks early. I'm very happy with this company. Marian

Not only did this dress not fit me, i received it the day after my event!
I had asked for a refund and they said it would be fine to refund and now they are offering me £9 for a dress I paid over £100 and never wore, arrived late and looks so cheap!
Please do not buy from this company or be fooled to think the dresses look like the ones in the picture! Hugely disappointed

Got the dress we ordered... totally wrong size even though it was meant to be custom made theres was no custom made about it! Went to send it bk... till we saw the paperwork that was delivered with it, it said we had received a womans coat costing 20.00... we paid £114.99 for the dress and a further £19.00 for delivery... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE... MASSIVE SCAM! Definitely going to Trading Standards with this one!
My evening dress provided me with first class service. I was originally going to order from them on ebay but what I wanted was not available. I ordered a dress and when it arrived it did not fit and looked hideous. I asked to return it quoting there no quibble return service. 7 emails later they said it cannot be returned but they will refund me 9%. Save yourself from a disappointing experience shop elsewhere.
Received my dress from Shillas.co.uk and I'm honestly very very happy with it. The quality is great and the style is just how I wanted! The straps are just slightly long so will have to adjust them but overall a stunning dress! Slightly confused though, on the receipt it said 'country of manufacture - Singapore'... I thought the dress was from the UK but anywho, I'm very happy with it!
I have recieved my daughters prom dress and its a disgrace I could of cried when she opened it. It was not at all like the picture colour was completely different it looked cheap and tacky the seams were all wonky the stitching was appalling the zip wouldn't do up, the loops for detachable straps were not even stiched, the sequins were cheap and the star in the middle was well off centre. Stains on the dress. I wish I could post you pictures it's only fit for the BIN. I have been offered a pitiful 9% refund. Trading standards are now involved and I would not recommend to anyone. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEART ACHE AND GO ELSE WHERE... Our disappointment was immense and I had lent a hard lesson
This site was the worst ive ever been on for online shopping. The dress i receieved had absolutley NOTHING in common with the one advertised. When i tried to negotiate a way to fix the problem they refused to owning up to the problem they caused. Additionally, when i tried to get a refund they only offered me 6% from £112 that i paid. Utterly horrific. Definitley do not recommend to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
I ordered a prom dress just over two weeks ago, and it came today- perfect fit, everything about it is great. Which meant I didn't have any trouble. But I know that if it didn't fit, or I wanted a refund, despite what their site says about refunds, they are unlikely to do it. I only read reviews about the poor customer service after I ordered the dress, for £88 but thankfully I was one of the lucky ones, and my dress is beautiful.
I ordered my prom dress, which look beautiful on the website! But no it came and was about 20 sizes too big. The material is so cheap it could rip with the slightest touch. I payed £100 for this dress when it looks like it should be worth £5. The dress looks nothing like the picture the top part is completely see through and the skirt looks like a duvet sheet, that is a million sizes too big! With prom in a few weeks I was so excited to receive my beautiful pink prom dress. The whole process asked us for our personal measurements which I entered. Funnily enough when it comes it's way too big and doesn't fit any of the person requirements. It looks nothing like the picture. The material looks like tack not £100 pounds of my money. The dress is not even like they said it would be in the description. The dress looks like a flat salmon with stuck on tesco dimantes.

I purchased two dresses for my wife for a wedding. They are both poor quality and neither of then fit. The dresses do not even have the measurements that the attached label says they would. Multiple phone calls letters and emails and nothing! Do not believe their website with reference to refunds and exchanges!

This company is a disgrace and should not be allowed to carry on selling! I bought a dress for my daughters upcoming prom. Dress arrived with sequins hanging off loose and 4 inches to small around the back. They will not refund or exchange the dress. I even offered to get a local tailor to alter it (as they say in terms n conditions) to be told they will not reinburse this! I have been emailing them for over a month to sort out with endless pictures of the dress and trying to come to an mutusl agreement and am getting no where fast! My daughter is highly dissapointed and I am £100 out of pocket.
PLEASE do not waste your hard earned money on this company.

I want refund and they r refusing to give me it as they want pictures I ordered the dress for my daughters wedding next week and every time they email me it just says they want pictures this is an invasion of my privacy the dress doesn't look like the picture it's too tight under the arms the chest is too big and the length is to long it's a disgrace the way I'm being treated all I want is a refund
