Initial impression was very good, immediate response to contact and order received. Ordered 3 dresses, 1 was not made very well, and the other wasn't suitable so asked to return them - as per the "Returns Policy" clearly stated on their website. Was then told we couldn't return, but they would remake the badly made dress. Then they told me to take it to a local tailor... I wouldn't accept this. So they suggested they remake it at a cost of the fabric... I wouldn't accept this... so they then suggested sending me another one, at 70% cost to me... obviously I wouldn't accept this... it just went on and on with the company not accepting returns or fault corrections. This was over 2 weeks of communication with "Linda" (they are all called Linda)... so I have now gone through my credit card and received a full refund. So, ALWAYS PAY BY CREDIT CARD AND YOU CAN CLAIM AFTER THE COMPANY HAVE MESSED YOU AROUND.

Nice dress. Reasonable fit. A few days later.
