I ordered a free sample of there cream but had to pay 4.95 postage and packing., Little did I know that the small print said if I did not contact them within 14days of them dispatching the sample (from China) that they would start taking 69.99 per month from me. I ordered a dress and when it arrived it did not fit and looked hideous. I asked to return it quoting there no quibble return service. 7 emails later they said it cannot be returned but they will refund me 9%. Save yourself from a disappointing experience shop elsewhere.
