Been over a year and I still never received my item, I've been emailing them several times and they won't send it cause it's "out of stock"... Why am I able to place an order if it's out of stock, at least refund me or give me a gift card balance. They refuse.

My wife ordered items in 2022 and now over a year later, she has not received a thing. The first few months she would receive correspondence, but over time, they just stopped corresponding. This is bad business and the best recourse is crowd sourcing. Post about bad business practices, when their revenue goes down, maybe they change their business practice, or possibly go out of business.

This is a scam

Just like everyone else writing a review, I am also one of those people who never revived their order. I ordered last May and still haven't received my order (November 2023). I saw their ads all over tiktok so decided to give them a go. Now I'm down over $100 dollars with nothing. The multiple emails I sent them just came back with processing times or offers for store credit. Store credit is the last thing I want, Never ship with them!

Ordered 2 sweatpants over 2 years ago. Never received anything. Contacted customer service multiple times they refuse to refund money or provide any tracking numbers for the shipment-because they never sent anything. Complete frauds

I emailed them a few times and only one email got a response from them. I think they might of even blocked my email. They haven't shipped my package and it's been over a year. Their clothes look so cute but this is such a scam. I would rate them zero stars but the lowest I can give them is a 1. Do NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered from this company over 2 years ago and have chased my package and tracking on multiple occasions. Nothing has ever arrived or been sorted. I have never received any tracking information. They have stolen over £200 from me. I would like to know how to go about reporting this to the relevant authorities. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered two fleecelined sweatpants in December of last year and still have not received either. I have emailed shekou numerous times and received no response. Very upsetting experience do NOT order from here.

This website is a scam! Stay far away. They will tell you that they've received your order and never ship it. Then when you try to get them to refund you, you'll be sent into a bot system where you only receive generic replies and never get your money back. We placed an order on 7/28/2022, and on 1/14/2023 asked for a refund since it has not been received. They immediately marked the item as shipped but refuse to provide a tracking number. I'm having to file a complaint with my credit card company and complete a mound of paperwork just to get the money refunded back to me. STAY FAR AWAY!

After over a yr of refusing to refund the rest of my order and lying about when it was being shipped someone finally just resent the package so now I have items I don't want or need anymore after 13 months. Plus the bag design came with a scuff on it. Save your time frustration and money and don't buy from here for the love of god.

It would be 0 stars if possible. After like the 3 month period, I started to email them. They kept saying give it two weeks or so. Eventually I asked for a refund, and lucky surprise, they don't do refunds! They offered free earrings, and I said I'll take it. It is completely unacceptable for a company to do this. It's been over a full year since I ordered on Black Friday. It's December of the following year. Terrible service. I ordered 3 pairs of jeans.

Never received item after months of back and forth with customer service (If that's what I have to call it). Said that item shipped and provided a tracking number that doesn't even exist according to UPS. I believe they just scam people out of money and never ship goods. Do not order!

Shekou is a New-Zealand based "Instagram trendy" store that sells a lot of on-trend female clothing. Although they don't have a huge selection of clothes, all of their clothing designs are super cute and flirty. If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered in June 2022. I still do not have my order 7 months later. They keep giving me the run around about delays with manufacturing. They took my money and refuse to refund me.

Since late July of last year, I have been reaching out constantly for a dispute. No tracking information, no replies. Super disappointed and dissatisfied as I had spent a lot of money on this order.)):

On September 3 we were told our product would ship within two weeks. Over a month later we still have not received the product and they have not responded to several emails. We just want our money back and will not be shopping from them again. Buy with care!

August 2022. And now it's February 2023. No merchandise. Response from customer service. I'm sorry. High demand, back ordered, no refund or choose something else. And no way to choose another item. Horrible company!

Zero star if that's possible.
$113.60 worth of clothes never arrived since the order was placed a year ago!
Followup met with delay tactics and now radio silence.
Refused to refund for goods we never received.

Just like all these other reviews, I placed an order in 2022 and never received it. It wasn't cheap and I was really excited about my products. It's 2023. Never got it. Tried to contact them multiple times, commented on their Instagram, reported them, etc and nothing happened. I'm shocked they're still up on the Internet. They should be taken down immediately. They've accumulated thousands of dollars from young vulnerable women without paying a cent of product. I let it go a while ago but seeing these reviews made me angry again. I worked hard for that money and should have received what I paid for.
